The first issue when I got to the hotel was that Expedia had not forwarded my reservation to the hotel. I booked it approximately 3 PM the day of and I got to the hotel at 10:30 PM and they had no record of my paid reservation. The manager on duty overnight was great and he knew how to look it up and input it into his system and he upgraded me to a suite for the inconvenience however, the housekeeping service services for this suite weren’t the best as there was a garbage can still full of garbage so he immediately moved me to a different room. Now I know why there are earplugs in all the rooms, the room was very noisy as it faced the parking lot the breakfast buffet this morning was typical of a hotel and I did have a waffle and sausages, which were good. For the price I would go back and just request a room, not facing the parking lot.
