  • Prachtig en nieuw appartement ligt in het midden van het Arts District op West Broad naast het Quirk Hotel, in de buurt van het Jefferson Hotel, Graduate Hotel en het hoofdkantoor van Richmond Police, op enkele minuten van VCU en MCV, met een nieuw Pulse busstation recht voor de deur. Condo voorzieningen omvatten wasmachine / droger, airconditioning, granieten toonbanken, roestvrijstalen apparaten, gepolijste betonnen vloeren, hoge plafonds, nieuwe lift, beveiligde toegang, camera's met gesloten circuit die alle ingangen bewaken. Als u een toplocatie in de binnenstad wilt, hoeft u niet verder te zoeken!

Very clean condo, accurate listing, excellent communication. The location is fantastic- walkable to countless restaurants, shops, bars etc. The neighborhood has a lively, friendly, artsy vibe. The bed is very comfortable. Our allergies especially appreciated that we couldn’t detect detergent/chemical smells in the unit, including on linens (but everything was clean). A bus stop is steps from the property, and parking options/prices were thoroughly explained. Great place!

Host very communicative and helpful. We have stayed here before and also had an overall positive experience. The street noise is nothing the owners can control, but there can be racing cars and maybe motorcycles at night, especially on Friday and Saturdays. I was awoken at 1:30am by such noise. The windows are single pane so maybe storm windows would dampen the sound a little? Otherwise, we had a fine stay.

I stayed for two weeks as I started a new position in the area and this was a near perfect space in downtown Richmond for that time! Super quiet in the building and little traffic from other tenants. Really cool and unique building that was within walking distance to good food and a couple breweries. Apartment had all the space and amenities to setup for the two weeks. I did not cook much but having the full size appliances especially the fridge was nice. It was definitely a little loud at nights being right on a main road with a bus stop right there, but not enough to bother me too much. I parked in the back and was perfect for the stay. Just needed to renew reservation each morning. I would recommend this place for sure if you want something in downtown.

Mark and team were very accommodating when we needed to add a 3rd person as well as potentially arrive late. The parking was a little tricky, especially on Saturday night and then the need to re-up the parking at 6am was not super peaceful, but this is what you get when you stay in this downtown type of area. Apartment and amenities were great.

Great base for a conference

The suite was a prefect base for the conference I was attending just down Broad Street. I enjoyed the coffee shops and the restaurants in the area. It was really great to check out all the murals too!

Central Location

We had meetings at the convention center. It was a great place to stay that was walkable with plenty of restaurants close by. It was so nice to spread out in an apartment and not be in a hotel room for 5 days. I highly recommend!

Really nice apartment

My husband and I wanted to spend a few days exploring downtown Richmond and this apartment checked all the boxes. It is very nicely decorated, was very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The building is safe, the downtown neighborhood was very walkable. The owner goes that little extra mile in leaving bottled water, snacks and coffee and filters for you. The linens are provided and are of good quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to VCU

This is a perfect one bedroom apartment that is close to VCU. So convenient to everything. I was able to find parking on the street close by every day and evening with no problem at all. The apartment itself is in a cool renovated building and was perfect for what I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. They even left 2 bottles of water and some cheese-it snacks. The only downside was the weekend noise of cars racing up and down blaring music at 3 AM (more than your typical city noise), but this was only on Saturday night. I will definitely stay here again!

Good location

The apartment was great, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was worried it might be noisy since it faces the street but noise was not an issue. When we first pulled into the back parking lot we thought the area might be a little sketchy but that’s not the case at all. It is a very safe area, lots of young adults walking around in the evening just enjoying the area. We paid to park in the back lot and it was 8 a day- you have to be mindful to keep renewing your space- it only allows 24 hours??( I think) at time. Definitely a convenient location with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops with in walking distance.

Festival Break

The property was very nice. The laundry set was a nice touch. 2 things seem to need attention. In the hallway, there was a lingering odor cigarette smoke. The stopper in the sink (face bowl) did not work. It seemed as though the sink was installed too close to the wall. The parking availability and cost were definite detractors. We did enjoy our stay, would revisit and would recommend to friends.

Everything was fine with a few - unfortunate circumstances

Everything went well with my stay. There were no issues with the room or the staff. There were a few inconveniences. Parking was frustrating. There is nowhere to park without having to pay via app. And you have to do so every 24 hours. Not too big of an issue. The location was the main issue. On several instances when leaving the building I was asked for money by a few of the "locals" that linger around the building and in the general area. I was kept up in the evening by these same "locals" who you can hear shouting on the street. The walls seem to be thin. I know this property can't control those things - but i think renters should be aware of the area the property is located in. Without this issue I would gladly give 5 stars.
