The bathtub had a yellow stain after we got to the room. We’ve asked the staff lady to check the room and she did some spot removal. The shower curtain had a whole in it that was leaking water in to the floor.

Was a nice stay, everything was great. Other than house keeping who knocks and immediately barges into your room. I couldn’t even get out of the bed to answer the door before she was in our room.

The queen beds are not queen! One mattress measured at 54 inches and one at 56. Neither one is 60 which is what a queen mattress should be!

I clicked poor for overall rating because they told me over the phone i can pay for my families stay with my paypal card. So with that information I drove down to Richmond for my daughters cheer comp and when I walked in to secure my booked room their card readers denied the transaction, there was more then enough to pay for the room and any $100 upcharge for potential damages. Im not a karen and i don't normally complain but when my daughter is crying because we didn't get the hilton that she picked out for her special weekend and I then have to scramble to find a place to stay for the night in Richmond with my wife, son and my daughter, stress was through the roof I almost cried. We ended up just driving back home, a 2 hour drive with a very upset cheerleader in the backseat, just to drive back up again to finally drive home for good. All of this could have been prevented if I was given the correct information that I had asked for.

The hotel is clean and bright. I was directly across from the pool area and stayed with at least 2 youth soccer teams - I never heard anything. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Would stay again.

Very limited chanels on TV, had claims for room service which was actually not available. Also claimed shuttle to and from airport, once I landed in airport I was not able to contact the hotel to get information about the shuttle pick up and had to use Uber anyway. The staff were extremely friendly however.

The staff was very welcoming and accomidating. The bottles of water are a nice touch. Easy check in process and clear to whats offered.

Money pit charges you to park on their lot
With this being a Hilton hotel I expected better . But the fact I paid for breakfast ( extra) when booking my stay and got charged 10.00 for 2 scrambled eggs !! Then I have to pay for parking 10.00 a day. Which is ridiculous! You are already paying a good bit for the hotel room that is definitely out dated . The only thing good of the week long stay was Tiffany at the front desk .

While booking the reservation, we were not told that there was not going to be breakfast available, and that the pool was out of order... the pool was the main reason for staying at this facility... along with this is where we usually stay when we are going out of town. I wish I could give it a better rating.

i come here once a month and this time there were a lot of underaged unaccompanied children running wild! i went to the pool & there were like 13 kids diving and running all around the pool area. I was nervous they were going to fall and hurt themselves. There were no adults around. To make matters worse, after the kids got out of the pool they went to the fitness room and put their wet bodies all over the equipment. For future references i advise to keep an eye on those areas when small children are near. Someone could have easily drowned. There was so much horse play.

Find a cheaper place to stay, not worth the money
Book a room with 2 queen bed, but only had 1 king with pull out when we got there. We told it was a hotel and things like that happened. Didn’t offer to try and fix this situation or anything. Pull out slept like a rock. The Wi-Fi was awful, so forget about doing work. There were no USB ports for charging electronics. Very disappointed considering the price.

Just finished my stay here. I arrived at 3pm and was told they had no clean rooms due to staffing. I waited for 4 hours before they had a room available and had to change cloths in the bathroom before my event. They had the bar open but I was told they were unable to serve food. I asked if my room could be discounted and there was no manager on staff. The lady working the desk was very nice and did the best she could but it is obvious this hotel has poor management. The room was clean when I was able to check in, the ice machine on the floor was broke and there was no vending machine. There was a large group of people out the front enterance who were shot gunning beers and had it spilled all over the side walk. The atm machine in the lobby also is broken. Would stay somewhere else.

I come here once a month and I stay for either a weekend or an entire week and the staff is amazing and me and my wife absolutely love it. She stays in another state because of work but because of the Hilton Garden Inn, we are still able to see each other. The staff is becoming very familiar with us & even know us by name! I love coming here. Our stay is always enjoyable.

Check in was smooth and on tome considering I booked a little late. Customer service was also great at the bar and for room service & cleaning. If I could rate the driver of the shuttle (Richmond Shuttle) individually I would. He was rude and pushy. He rushed me to put my bags in the vsn event hough he was 10 minutes early. I woould have missed the shuttke had I been line up for the time the reservationist told me. In addition, he stopped by the first airline company he saw and refused to take me to my door. I had 5 bags that were packed for reasons Indo not need to share. When I enquires about taking me to my door so its easier for me to move them and not leave any unattended, he renind me in a rude tone with supported body language that he was on sma schedule. I hurriedly stopped him in his tracks and told him I had 5 bags and I really wanted some assistance; however, I decided to do the help myself and unpack the van myself and do what I need to do. If I was to rate his service, he would receive a 3/10 for poor customer service and communication
