This modern home features 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other two are on the second floor.

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom, located on the first floor overlooking the backyard is spacious and includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the first floor by the main entrance. It boasts a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Third Bedroom: This room, located on the second floor, has a queen size bed and shares a jack a jill bathroom with the adjacent bedroom.

Fourth bedroom: This room is located on the second floor and has a full-size bed.

Living Room: The open-plan living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The open layout ensures that the kitchen receives plenty of natural light from the adjacent living room windows and is perfect for enjoying quality time with family while preparing your favorite meals.

Dining Area: The dining area is part of the open-plan layout and is situated near the kitchen.
