Walkable to the Allianz Amphitheater, James River Park Trails, & Legend Brewery. Only a 5 min drive to downtown Richmond. Plus, pet friendly!

Other things to note:
- Take 2 Porter St is pet-friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We provide some helpful supplies for pet owners.
- Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the private rooftop patio, and the entire fenced in backyard.
- There are 2 reserved off-street parking spots behind the house, but there is generally plenty of street parking in front of the house as well.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. The living room plus 2 bedrooms feature smart TVs. We provide access to ad-free Netflix, Apple TV, HULU, Peacock, and HBO Max free of charge.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Linens and towels provided
- Pack n play, high chair, baby monitor, toys, and kid dishes / utensils provided
- Entering the main level does require ascending one flight of stairs
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.
