'They were very accommodating. They wanted to be sure that everything was perfect for our stay. They sent a text message before to see if we needed anything. This made us feel catered to. Once we were checked in, the front desk called to make sure everything was too our liking and that the room met our expectations. They offered to give us dining and activity suggestions. What was super cool is that their pool is open until 11:00pm which was super cool for our family. My youngest daughter has special needs and one of her triggers is a baby crying or a dog barking.
