'We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning and made for a relaxing, scenic getaway. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip — highly recommend!'

'Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!'

It sent us to a totally different property in an entirely different location of the property we rented. We searched and searched from around 5:30 in the afternoon until about 7:30 but to no avail. 'This property is well maintained. Some amenities available that made our stay more enjoyable. My only issue was the amount of noise you could hear throughout the night.but once you're asleep it doesn't matter. '

It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. '

'The photos definitely misrepresent the quality of the property. The house is very dirty (lots of stains) and a little on the creepier side. However, if you have a good group of friends who can have fun anywhere, you’ll enjoy the rental.'

'Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!'

'Took this time with my husband and baby to relax for a few days before the end of my maternity leave. The cabin was even more beautiful in person with the large windows overlooking the lake and trees. Everything was clean and comfortable.
