We chose this location to have a full refrigerator and freezer. When we checked in there was hair on our bed and dust on the desk. I called front desk and they sent a very sweet lady to fix it. The room had a broken air conditioner fixture and a breaker box in the room the spray painted in attempt to make it match the wall. Lots of dust I have allergies and had a hard time. Breakfast was decent and front desk workers were l prompt and friendly.

I stayed in a handicap room. The soap and shampoo were so high on the wall that I could not reach them. Impossible for a wheelchair. Otherwise quite pleasant.

I HIGHLY dislike that there has been zero housekeeping when the list of things offered at the hotel literally lists HOUSEKEEPING. we called front desk and they said it was upon request but it does not say that anywhere at all. No signs ..nothing then they said rooms are cleaned every 7 days what do you mean??? No one is staying that long. If housekeeping is listed, i should be receiving housekeeping DAILY.

The staff were terrific
I had trouble finding the hotel and night desk clerk actually came out to the street to wave me in. The room could have used some updating - it just looked a bit worn. But it was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and rooms were equipped to allow for daily functioning, such as coffee pot, toaster, ice trays, etc.

This was a nice and quiet property. They greet you with a welcome bag of water and 2 snacks, which came in handy late at night. There's also complimentary breakfast which is a nice way to start the day. Some things I didn't like: The elevator was slow and the inspection paper is outdated. The hallways smell like mildew and I assume that's from the shampooing the carpet but not fully drying, and my microwave didn't work in my suite.

I find it “unique” that we stayed three days, and our room was not cleaned once. Our room had one burned-out lightbulb (in the ceiling fixture) and one nicely positioned reading lamp rendered useless because it was nowhere near a plug-in receptacle.

I love having a view of the lake and being able to walk it each day. The workout room was clean and close by. The breakfast provided healthy choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean but only so-so
Hotel is in need of some maintenance. Some lights in most halls are flickering or out. Carpets are stained. Smell in the elevator. TVs are extremely small for the size rooms they are in. You can’t see much details if you’re watching from the bed.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. However, our stay started off on a sour note because when we arrived, the desk clerk was on the telephone and ignored our presence for a full 10 minutes. It was the first time I've experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior, especially at such a nice property. Our suite was nice and clean.

The evening desk clerk on duty when we checked in was fabulous. I wish I had gotten her name. It was a nice area, clean and well kept.

An easy and convenient location
This was the second time staying at this property. Easy check in/out. Convenience is the key to why I stay here. I could actually walk to my business meetings. Cafes/eateries are all right there. The furniture upholstery is fraying in the room. Not a good look. But the room was comfortable and clean. I'd rebook.

Great hotel!
I have stayed here numerous times and I'm always happy. It's close to shopping, easy to access (just off I-55), near coffee shops, and there are restaurants nearby. Anjou, a lovely French eatery, is a fine-minute walk away. Many rooms have a view of the lake. Staff always seems friendly and a light breakfast is included. Highly recommended.
