'My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center.
Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay.
The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol'

'The front desk staff were great. Diane and Aisha were very kind, and all of the staff made us feel welcomed. The grounds were kept immaculate, and my room and bed were very comfortable.
During the storm and blackout, Diane supported everyone with care, and DJ, the manager, helped us maintain our reservation when we returned because of the extreme weather.
I truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and support from the entire staff.'

'Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.'

'The elevators need help. They are outdated and need maintenance asap.
Fireworks in the parking lot on July 4 where cars are parked is dangerous. Quiet hours were not explained to quests staying there. Slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the night. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards.
Room carpets were dirty need a good cleaning.
I wore slippers the whole time.
Needs some TLC.'

'The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to get the food and make us feel comfortable. The hotel is kept clean and organized. However, we had to cut our trip short because we found the bed uncomfortable and woke up with severe body pains. Also, it would be nice to have a vending machine. There is a sign on the floor showing vending and ice but we found the ice maker only.'
