They have a common room with plates and silverware all day long, they give a ton of towels in your room, there’s 2 person sauna, hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, games, and a couple fire pits and plenty of comfortable seating outside. Everyone was so nice and accommodating.'

'The Birchwood Lodge was a nice choice for staying in sister Bay Wisconsin. We enjoyed the spacious room our room overlooked the pool on the second floor and there is also plenty of other amenities available on property. We would stay here again.'

'This place was amazing! The communication was excellent with the facility. We stayed and a bad storm hit that took out the power. When the power came back on, our A/C was out and within 30 min it was resolved after reaching out for assistance. I would 100% stay here again in the future! It was clean, cozy and quiet. '

'Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change!
Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout....
