The amenities are well maintained and there are plenty of them if you want to use the. The sitting areas are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast is very good and the staff is on it to keep it clean and things refilled. Overall for an older building this is an excellent choice when in Charleston. Its well located...

The neighborhood looks like it is being improved and not sure I would let my daughter go for a run, but always felt safe. The only improvement would be the couch, looked like from the pictures it had been replace and was not the most comfy for cuddling. '
