'The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. '

'Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.
The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of...

'Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. '

'The rooms are amazing for Zürich, nicely decorated and Well equiped.
Very Nice outside spaces.
Location is Good about 15 minutes from HB.
Check in and finding the actual rooms was complicated. The rooms are hidden on the 5th Floor of an Office building, with everything controlled via your phone.
Hotel also lacks cooling which is a bit challenging in the Zürich heat.'
