'We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Val Gardena. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The double rooms with a sharef bathroom was perfect for saving some money, but still having our own space. Breakfast was really good on the days we could have it (it starts at 7am which is kind of late for us so sometimes we had already left for the day). 'Vi semestrade på motorcykel när vi hamnade på hotel gardenia, kom sent till hotellet genomblöta och hungriga. Restaurangen var stängd. Men kvinnan i receptionen tog emot oss på ett fantastiskt vis tror hon hette Gaby fixade lite kaffe och smörgås och var supervänlig. '

Was looking forward to eating out, but breakfast and dinner in the hotel was fantastic, best staff and a great value. 'The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. 'Na vele malen in Altabadia eens een ander hotel gekozen. Zag er nieuw en fris uit toen we boekten, maar kenden het hotel en San Cassiano niet. Wat een aangename verrassing! Het hotel wordt gerund door een familie en de ontvangst en de verzorging kon niet beter! Zeer vlotte en vriendelijke check in. Wij hadden een standaard kamer en deze is niet groot, maar verder prima. Voorzien van ruim balkon met uitzicht aan de voorzijde. De badkamer is klein, maar ook voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt....
