Cozy little cabin
Overall it was a wonderful cabin to rent. Upon arival we had issues with internet due to the check in instructions through email were not correct but there was thankfully a paper in the kitchen we finally found with the correct information, there was no outside garbage can to dispose of trash, the batbroom towels were like cardboard, the closet doors in the master bedroom and the towel rod in the master bath both fell off the wall, and the bbq was not in working order (broken in pieces) and had no Propane. But oberall the location was perfect, the hot tub was wonderful and our stay was great.

Anniversary Trip
We came here for an anniversary trip and it was perfect. The accomodations, amenities, etc... were top notch. Everything worked well: the hot tub, the ac, the kitchen appliances. We were concerned about the propane for the grill running out because it seemed very low, but we were able to grill both nights that we planned to.

Excellent house!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. The location was so peaceful and relaxing. We had deer wandering through in the mornings while we enjoyed coffee on the decks. The home was well stocked and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Riggins, Idaho area. Riggins also was a cute little town. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful place!
We had a great experience overall! Just make sure the road is plowed before you go! We called the neighbor and he came and got us unstuck from the snow near the house. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Beautiful, clean, and the hot tub was perfect!

Perfect private getaway
This was the perfect private getaway! Just what we needed to decompress and relax for a few days. It was extremely clean, cozy, and well stocked! The hot tub was nice and hot and very clean. Beds were very comfy, too! Thank you!

Amazing House!!
Our stay was incredible! Everything we were hoping for an escape from busy city life. Super quiet, relaxing, beautiful views, and wildlife. This is by far the best stocked house we've stayed at. With a complete kitchen, from spices to coffee, we had everything we needed. Internet was great, house was super clean, and the beds comfy. A little off the grid (which we were hoping for) but a very short drive to town for anything we needed. We will definitely come back again, and have recommended this property to friends.

Quiet Retreat
Relaxing holiday weekend, away from busy city life. Riggins was a friendly town. It would have been perfect but for the smoke. Would recommend for a peaceful place to stay. Loved the relaxing hot tub too!

Perfect getaway
Great location, quick drive to town but just far enough away to feel like you’re in the woods. Went to Heavens Gate Vista which is worth the quick drive to the top of the mountain. House had everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely come back.

Off the grid
The house was a great place to eat sleep and shower. Don’t plan to be surfing the internet or taking calls. Both cell and internet was interrupted frequently. The surrounding canyon was awesome for hiking and just enjoying from deck. We saw many different types of wildlife plus a few cows roaming near house.

Beautiful view
Beautiful home, clean nicely decorated and well stock with many little extras. The hot tub is great. The view from the deck while listening to a stream below beautiful and relaxing. The downstairs master suite with its own sitting room and deck very nice. Close distance from Riggins was very convenient. There were a few cons but overall these were minor. The very long grass around the entrance and walkway needed trimming. Storing the extension ladder on the deck felt messy and the camera on the main deck was disconcerting. We would definitely rent again. Highly recommend the brewery in town which has great food, large portions, a pool and shuffle board tables. Also Killgore ATV rental out of Whitebird.

Lisa, Thank you for your kind words about our beautiful property! We take any guest comments very seriously. We are aware and have secured lawn/weed-eater service, but they have not (obviously) trimmed the grass weeds yet. I'll follow back up with the man. Pertaining to the cameras, we needed to secure the area for insurance purposes since we had damage from other guests and also to document weather related issues to the insurance company. They had to write a check for north of 12k for the hot tub damage from weather last year. I hope you will come back again soon! The ladder is temporary, as we are having Starlink installed on the roof of the home this weekend. Derek & Amy Baltimore

Very Nice
This is a nice house out in the country, everything was very clean except the lower outside deck. The showers were extra nice with great water pressure. Wifi service was spotty, but that was enjoyable for me. Hot tub is large a very clean. Rates are good. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall a great experience. Definitely would stay here again.

Relaxing and beautiful getaway!
The place was absolutely beautiful! Very clean inside and out, everything appeared new. The views were awesome from each floor, the pictures did not do the cabin justice, much nicer in person. The hot tub was a definite plus, especially with the unexpected cold weekend. For us there was no cell service once we started up the hill (which is what we prefer when on vacation), but they did have wifi access for guests. There is nothing negative to say about the rental, it was perfect with many nice touches the owners went above and beyond to have for their guests.

Fantastic mountain cabin
To our delight it snowed in April and it truly made the property magical. The beautiful large windows in the lower master bedroom and the living room made it just a beautiful place to watch the snow fall. We thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen and bathroom amenities, the awesome hot tub, peaceful surroundings, and nice living spaces. We would definitely stay here again in your beautiful state.

Beautiful
Very clean, beautiful home. Down fall - GPS took us to the top of mountain!! And of course, GPS turns off when you reach your destination!! Car got stuck in the snow, but we were finally able to turn around and make our way back down the mountain. We got gas in Riggins, and was about to just go back home, when a local man suggested we ask for directions at the local bar. With our luck, a lady was kind enough to show us the way. It’s only about 15 minutes up the road. On the left will be an abandoned white horse trailer and a green shipping container, on the right is the mail box with the host mane and address.

We had a nice, relaxing time staying in Riggins. The hot tub was a nice touch. The only improvement I would recommend would be to upgrade couches in living room to something a little more comfortable. Otherwise house was nice and clean, anything we could have needed was available. Thanks!

Riggins Excape
We had a wonderful time. The house was amazingly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have coffee in the mornings. The decks were nicely furnished and free from dirt and debris. The house is perfectly located to go to the Salmon River or head out to Seven Devils. The hot tub was such a nice way to spend the evenings. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

I really enjoyed this little spot. It was super clean, beds were amazingly comfy, hot tub was ready for us to enjoy, kitchen was fully stocked, and towels were in plenty. The couches were not the most comfy, and the wifi is spotty, but we played cards and were happy as ever in this cabin. I already refered it to a friend, and plan on staying here every time I travel to Riggins, ID. Thanks for the great stay!

A Great Escape
Surrounded by pine trees and the gentle sound of a creek in the distance this was the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. Gorgeous views from the inside, 2 decks to enjoy outside, plus the private hot tub...perfect!

Wish I could have stayed longer
The title says it all. It's a beautiful and quiet property tucked away in the foothills, yet still very close to the main town of Riggins. We only needed an overnight to support our family's rafting trip the next day, but it was really comfortable for the time we spent. With 100+ degree temps in town, it was nice to walk into a home with air conditioning already going. For a 2 bedroom, it feels very roomy with all of the high ceilings. I will definitely consider this property again for our next trip in the area.

Everything went really well. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a nice meal one night. Everything was clean. The hot tub was nice. It was very private and the views were great. If I was going to be picky, I would say that the internet was a little slow.

Wonderful family getaway
If you are looking to get away but at the same time being able to be close to stores, restaurants or lakes this is the perfect house. 4 miles to just about everything. The owner was prompt and friendly and the house is beautiful.

Excellent!!
Beautiful location and property, quiet neighborhood, tons of wildlife short distance from property. Clean hot tub with a beautiful night sky view. Definitely would recommend this place. The only drawback is the cell reception dead zone in Riggins and the internet is slow at the cabin, that being said, who goes to the woods to watch tv? Perfect place to unplug :)
