'We're a family of five with three young children and finding comfortable rooms to house all five of us are usually hard to come by. I was delighted to find a large room waiting for us with central partition; all the children's beds (one double one sofabed) all made up. There was plenty of room to fit us all. I normally sleep poorly in hotels and in particular usually find a lack of pillows but can honestly say I had the best night's sleep I have ever experienced in a hotel. Access to the pool...
'We recently stayed at Falcon Manor for a weekend getaway and were absolutely blown away. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome – the building itself is stunning, set in beautiful grounds with sweeping views over the Dales.
Our room was immaculate, full of character with high ceilings, period details, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with lovely touches like L’Occitane toiletries and fluffy towels. We especially enjoyed the peaceful view...
'The room was very small but very nicely set out. The bed was very comfortable and everything you needed in the room for a lovely overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious, we didn’t eat an evening meal but the bar area is really nice. Nice touch in your room were 2 vouchers for 2 half pints of Timothy Taylor’s beer. '

'Hotel is modern, alle confort in de kamer, service is slecht, geen enkele keer de bedden opgemaakt of kamer gekuist, restaurant is slechts een snack bar met weinig keuzes, en wat je krijgt is niet lekker. keukenpersoneel niet georganiseerd, na een uur wachten krijg je iets koud opgediend, ontbijt is standaard Engels ontbijt, alleen water en koffie te krijgen bij ontbijt, niet lekker.'
'We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.'
'Had a wonderful stay , when you arrive the hotel and views are amazing , a nice warm greeting from lovely receptionist, we stayed in the Queen room was beautiful & lovely views , dinner & Breakfast was so lovely , cooked with best ingredients makes a change to have such a lovely meal & service all the staff lovely , my only negative was didn’t have long another stay would have loved to stay another night was wonderful!!!!'
