This rate includes:
-Utilities: electricity, water - gas for kitchen use and hot water
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).


The price does not include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
- Tourism tax (€ 2,00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Please note that children under 14 years old will not pay).

Villa Alais is located just 5 km from Rimini city center, one of the most famous and renowned seaside resorts in all Europe thanks to its 15 km stretch of splendid beaches. A modern and stylish property, the interior is characterized by the attention that has been paid to detail and the welcoming atmosphere that fills the property. One of the strong points of the villa is the internal wellness area, consisting of an oxygen-purified pool with internal hydromassage and cascade and a beautiful large sauna. The villa is located in a quiet position that will allow you to enjoy days of complete relaxation and well-being. Another feature is the outdoor kitchen that offers every kind of comfort, where you can prepare and enjoy magnificent lunches or dinners together with friends at the poolside. VILLA ALAIS HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.
Interior:
The villa has three floors. As soon as you enter the property you find yourself in the large living room with, immediately on the left, the study. If, instead, you continue on the right you come first to the dining area which leads to the kitchen. The dining area also leads to a guest bathroom and to the first double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with shower. A wide staircase leads up to the first floor with the main sleeping area consisting of a corridor along which are three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower while the other two share a bathroom with tub. The same staircase also leads down to the basement with the wellness area, consisting of an irregularly-shaped swimming pool of about 25 sq m with a depth of 1 m, with oxygen purification, large steps for access to the water, hydromassage, cascade jets; there is also the possibility of heating the pool. The spa is completed by a sauna, a shower and a guest bathroom. Also in the basement is the laundry room. The use of the SPA is with 2 days prior notice.
Park:
The terrain of the fenced property extends over two levels and features a small area of lawn and ornamental plants in the swimming pool solarium area which measures about 60 sq m. All around the house is a large balcony which includes a pergola furnished with a beautiful table, perfect for lunches and dinners with friends. On the balcony we also find a ping pong table. Near the pool area is a covered veranda with outdoor kitchen, equipped with wood oven and hob, a fryer, an ice machine and large work surfaces. Inside is a large table perfect for poolside dinners. The entrance gate leads to a garage where up to 3 cars (2 small ones) can be parked.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The heated outdoor swimming pool, reachable via a flight of stairs from the balcony surrounding the villa, has an area of about 110 sq m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 2.20 m. Lined in PVC, the pool has salt purification, internal and external lighting and large Roman steps for access to the water. The pool is equipped with an internal hydromassage area. The stoneware-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, small divans, armchairs and a nice umbrella. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Pets: Yes, small size. € 50,00 per animal per week or part of week.
