Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Strandlage
Wir waren unterwegs mit der Familie (insgesamt 9 Personen) und es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Ausstattung war super und sehr sauber; auch in der Küche war einfach alles da und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unbezahlbar und super schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett, unkompliziert und er war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Exactly what we looked for
This is a wonderful house, right on the beach, with its private pool, great family room, all amenities. It's only a few minutes by car from downtown Malaga (which is a gorgeous city!) and at walking distance from convenience and grocery stores. Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) are few minutes on foot if you decide not to eat at home and use the well-equipped kitchen. This is exactly what we were looking for when we decided to have a family trip for my mom's 70th birthday. Communication with Jens and Meme was easy and, need to say, people in Andalusia are beyond nice! :)

Gorgeous Villa
We were 6 younger adults , two older people ( my wife and me!) and 6 grandchildren . The location was ideal being right next to the beach , near to a great supermarket, a perfect pool and plenty of different seating places or lingers for the sun or keeping out of the sun ! The young parents made the most of eating out in the evening or bbq ing . The accommodation was large and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was really helpful and very contactable . All in all - we had the most amazing week and it’s already unforgettable ! Robert

Family celebration of my 80th year.
It fit our needs well for groups 14 people total that stayed at the villa. The largest amount that stayed at one time was 12. Lovely swimming pool that was used every day. The yard had many blooming plants that were beautiful. The big hit was the Mediterranean Sea just outside the gate. There were several beach side restaurants that served very good food. We also cooked in, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking and serving. Washer and dryer included in the property. It was a treat to meet the owners grandchildren one weekend. They came to play with my grandsons. Delightful children that were staying in the owner's house next door. Coming from the US we found the prices of groceries to be very inexpensive. We enjoyed the Spanish wines. In total we stayed 3 weeks.

Wonderful beachside property!
We stayed a week in this house with family leading up to our wedding in Spain and it was amazing! The host is really easy to contact and communicate with, and the house is really big with lots of nice outdoor spaces and when you open the gate the beach is just outside! Its a bit quieter part of the beach, but there are still a few beach restaurants within a few minutes walking and other restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so there is definitely stuff to do locally. The house is authentic Spanish - but has aircon- and although the kitchen is not the largest, the big eating areas + the extra fridge made it still very convenient for a big group of 14 people! Thanks Jens - we will come back!

Très grande maison agréable et bien situee
Maison très agréable pouvant accueillir 1 large groupe. Idéalement située pour rayonner et faire qq excursions. Climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Attention pas de volet de protection sur la piscine pour les enfants en bas âge. plage de sable très noir et mer envahie de méduses le temps de notre séjour (1 semaine). Pas de magasin autour d eme maison nous avons fait les courses en voiture à chaque fois.

La villa es fantástica, todas las estancias muy amplias y con todo tipo de comodidades. La atención de las personas que gestionan la casa fue impecable, con una respuesta inmediata ante cualquier requerimiento . Ett mycket fint och rymligt hus. Stor pool med grill och gott om sällskapsytor. Huset ligger alldeles vid stranden och strandpromenaden. En bit från centrum men ändå nära till restauranger. Matbutiker en lite längre promenad bort. Vi var mycket nöjda :0)

A superb villa right on the beach. There were 13 of us - as 3 families - and there was plenty of room for everyone! 9 bedrooms - with just one being a single - meant everyone had their own room, which was terrific! The facilities were excellent, from the beach towels provided, to the many sunbeds and tons of items in the kitchen - you cannot fault it! We had a delivery from Mercadona when we arrived and the kitchen and storage inc. 2 fridges could cope with a weeks worth of food and drink with no problem. Jens is great with communication and was able to answer many Qs before we visited. Highly recommended!

well decorated and furnished villa with everything you will need. plenty of crockery, pool towels, etc etc, good wifi. Fresh water pool lovely and clean but a bit cold in April. This is a Spanish orientated area but not a big problem for us non spanish speakers,

Perfekt!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist ideal für grosse Gruppen, wir hatten mit 14 Personen genügend Platz. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist ein Traum und war auch im Oktober noch toll zum Baden. Die Lage am Strand und unweit von Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets unkompliziert. Ich würde die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten und darum weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Strand
Wir waren mit insgesamt 14 Personen für eine Woche in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die direkte Strandlage ist sehr schön und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Liegen und Auflagen sollten mal ausgetauscht werden, da diese zum Teil defekt waren und insgesamt aufgebraucht wirken. Ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit, daher auf jeden fall 5 Sterne. Wir waren Anfang Oktober in dem Haus, leider merkt man das Saisonende dann schon deutlich, da die umliegenden Restaurants in der Woche geschlossen hatten oder erst ab 20 Uhr wieder aufgemacht haben. Die Promenade in Rincón de la Victoria mit vielen Restaurants ist aber in ca. 40 min Fußweg (3 km) direkt am Strand/Wasser erreichbar.

The property was fantastic ,very spacious , in an ideal location right on the beach superb holiday
My family of 6 adults and 6 children and myself all got together to celebrate my 70th birthday at Villa Ada. It was absolutely perfect for everyone as the children ranged from 3-13 but plenty of space for all of them and a great pool too.There was a gate straight onto the beach with plenty of beach bars only a short walk away. I cannot praise it enough and we will definitely be coming back one day!

Amazing villa
A fantastic villa with everything you could need! All bedrooms have air conditioning along with the lounge and kitchen. There are 5 bathrooms, all with superb showers. The pool is wonderful and there are even inflatables to play with in the pool. We had a few barbecues and cooked a few meals and there was every gadget and utensil you could ever need, Jens was so approachable and helpful before and during our stay. We were a group of families and friends ranging from age 6 to 84 and we all had a superb time. We will definitely be back one day. Superb villa with a wonderful host!

Familjesemester
Vi hade en fantastisk vecka 8 vuxna o 5 barn (2-15 år). Perfekt läge med direkt utgång till stranden samt nära till restauranger. Vacker trädgård utan någon som helst insyn, mur och grindar kändes tryggt då inga barn kunde gå ut utan hjälp av vuxen. I den fina polen tillbringades många timmar om dagen, fräsch med bra temperatur. Bra utrustat kök, sköna sängar och bra handdukar både till pool och för inomhusbruk. Mycket bra bemötande av Jens vid telefonkontakt samt även fin service av personalen på plats. Kan verkligen rekommenderas för större sällskap då det aldrig kändes trångt, gick alltid att hitta en lugn vrå för den som ville vila. / Berit

Perfect location, perfect family house
What an idyllic place. There were 14 family members over Christmas from 16 to 83 and there was always something for everyone. Plenty of places to lounge whether it was by the swimming pool ,the front porch or the living room. Best of all was the door straight onto the beach: one of the highlights was to just step out the door at sunset and see a wonderful sky. The owner Jens went out of his way to be accommodating, even ordering a blow-up mattress and ordering two suckling pigs in advance for us from the small bustling town of Rincon de la Victoria nearby. Two local shops easily reached via the beach and we had a great meal at a nearby beach restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would certainly come again.

Luxurious villa ideal for a big group
We had a wonderful family holiday with 3 generations. The secure villa grounds were great for the children - room to run about as well as a lovely pool, then of course there was the beach through the gate Superbly equipped and air con in every bedroom a plus. Plenty of beachside restaurants to choose from though we used the barbecue a lot. Car was necessary for shopping and sightseeing though there are buses to Malaga (times could be a bit erratic). Jens sent us very clear directions for driving to the villa from the airport. I would highly recommend this villa.

Super Urlaub
Wir waren mit 15 Personen für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat uns allen super gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz für alle. Der Pool war schön und die Lage des Hauses direkt am Strand ist natürlich das Highlight. Es ist nicht weit bis nach Malaga, wo man schön bummeln kann. Auch direkt am Strand kann man essen und trinken, was besonders den Kindern gefallen hat. Was ich noch anmerken muss, ist, dass es keine Touristenhochburg ist, wie man sich das so vorstellt - das hat uns besonders gefallen. Man ist so ziemlich mit den Spaniern "allein". Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke Jens - wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Liebe Grüße Antje

Excellent house, fabulous location and great service made it a wonderful vacation experience
All in all the beatiful house with its perfect layout, the wonderful location at the Beach, the great service from the owner served as an absolutely fantastic vacation base for our extended family and the opportunities in the area as well as being among local Spanish People made it a unique experience for everyone. We were fifteen family members a full week and we enjoyed every moment we spent in the house and the area. We loved to visit the small restaurants at the beach for a coffee as well as they offered authentic sea food. I can highly recommend it and we will absolutely consider coming back to the house and this area again which is nicely situated also for visiting Malaga, other cities and parts of the region.

un séjour de rêve dans une villa se prêtant à une belle réunion d'amis
villa conforme au descriptif A noter la qualité de l'accueil, la propreté des lieux (entretien extérieur et intérieur), qualité de la literie. Wonderful house and garden and oceanview, perfect for a large group on vaccation.
We have had a lovely stay at Villa Ada. The house and garden is perfect for a large group. Nice rooms and a wonderful setting around the pool. Fine beach all in all. The host have been very helpful and have provided good and helpful info regarding our stay. We can all revommend Villa Ada, for both adults and children.

Great house
We were 16 people staying in the house for one week in June. We had a great time and loved the house and its facilities. There were enough sunbeds at the pool, which was great. And the kitchen was well equiped. The house and the outside areas is big enough for so many people, it never felts crowdy. The contact with the owner was easy and we felt that he made an effort so that we should have a good holiday. If we should have stayed longer than one week it might have been necessary to have somone come help with the cleaning and to make the beds. I dont know if the owner offers such services. We will warmly reccomend this house!

Es war wundervoll. Das Haus ist gross und man hat Möglichkeiten zu entspannen. Der schöne Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Strand gleich hinter dem Haus. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei jedem Wetter relaxen. Saubere Zimmer und Bäder. Sogar deutsches Fernsehen.
