Above the Plaza 5 is the entire first floor — the most spacious option in the building and one of the best-located rentals in downtown Rincon. Your group gets the full floor to yourselves, with no shared spaces and complete privacy throughout your stay.

The unit sleeps 8 across three bedrooms: one room with a full bed, one room with two twin beds, and a private back studio with its own full bed and kitchenette. Three private bathrooms mean plenty of room for everyone to get ready without the wait. The main kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, appliances, and everything you need to cook in. A second kitchenette in the back studio adds even more flexibility. Every room has its own individual A/C unit. Three flat-screen Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi are available throughout.

You can walk to virtually everything you need during your stay. The closest beach (Balneario Rincon) is only 10 minutes walking! If you need groceries you can buy them at the Plaza or there's a good close by a supermarket that offers a free ride from the Plaza for your convenience.

A note on noise: the house sits on Rincon's main road, so you may occasionally hear passing traffic. In our experience guests find it easy to tune out — but we'd rather you know upfront than be surprised. The covered terrace in the back is your quiet escape when you want it.

What you won't hear is Plaza noise. Despite being two minutes away on foot, the house sits just far enough from the action that evenings stay peaceful — the best of both worlds.
