Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean and sunset views. You will definitely relax hearing the ocean and seeing the most beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on the 4th floor providing great ocean views and breeze throughout the unit. There are two elevators for guests` convenience.

Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.

Restaurants and bars and 3 minutes away in a car.

We only provide a starter kit of `toiletries`. Guest must buy more as needed.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required

-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100
