This stylish getaway is located next to the famous Villa Cofresi Hotel & Restaurant in Rincón. When you stay here, you are STEPS to the beach, and walking distance to “downtown” Rincón with many shops, restaurants, cafes and markets!

El Rincóncito is a home away from home, with everything included for a great getaway! The newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment includes A/C, TV, WIFI, washer/dryer combo and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is even a set of beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler at your disposal!

The condo is very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was very helpful to have beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler available to take to the beach. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a pen or pencil to write a note in the guest book.

Great!

Perfect for two people, good location, the next door neighbor was kind of loud at night, but it was alright! the power went out when we first got there, but the host was super helpful and offered to pay for an electric fan if we could find one. my only thing is that it was a little small for four people, so definitely would say two or three is the max for this spot! but thanks so much Jhazmin !

This was a beautiful location and a beautiful apartment. It’s hard to go wrong if you’re staying in Rinćon but I would definitely recommend give this spot a try! Jazmin was super easy to communicate with and if something was wrong, she was willing to make it right. No complaints. Thanks Jazmin!

10/10 experience, the host thought about everything!! It is sooo cute, clean, beautiful and just perfect. She has everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, towels, tv, laundry, etc etc! 1 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We’ll be booking again and again!

My husbands and I traveled to Rincon with our oldest to celebrate his 13th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to downtown, beaches, restaurants was so fun!

Better than a hotel!

We came to Peurto Rico to celebrate my 60th birthday. This location was absolutely wonderful. We felt pampered the minute we walked in. The outside of the building does not represent this beautiful little apartment inside. It was decorated so cute with charming little touches here and there. It was so clean and everything we needed was there. There was even beach equipment in the closet. The beach is a little bit of a walk around some buildings. We found it easier to load up the beach things into the car and drive around the buildings to the beach down "Canal Avenue" to Canal Beach. Just park there next to the abondoned house. There is an awesome pizza place about a block and 1/2 away. Olio Artisan Pizza. This is some good pizza and they serve Latte's to die for. There is also a grocery store within walking distance and an convenience store down a block. One of the things that made my day there, is someone has a pet kitty in the building. Not one of the strays which are cute. But this kitty is a pet and hangs around the complex. It just loves to be pet and loved. Sweet little thing.

Highly recommend

This place was very clean and well equipped, parking was convenient, location was great. Owner was easy to reach, no problems with check in. Note that you do have to climb stairs to reach the apartment, but they’re not extreme or anything. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Rincon!

Inside Out

A nice place to stay. The interior was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Communications with the host were swift and cordial. It's a fourth floor walk up so travel light. The unit comes complete with a crowing Rooster to wake you up with the sun and a neighbor with a barking dog in case you miss yours. Highly recommended. The exterior needs attention but the unit was pretty sweet.

Great location, convenient property

In general the property is a great deal for the zone. The listing was accurate, but management really needs to provide emphasis on the fact that the unit is on a 4th floor, no elevator, so people can make a choice. Great location, easy access to beach just a few steps away. Multiple shops and dinner options available. Unit was clean and has chairs and an umbrella. The was no soap in the bathroom, window dressings are dirty and exterior of building is not in good condition.

Loved our stay here!

Apt is super cute! Very well decorated and clean. Perfect for our short stay. The beach that really is steps away is beautiful and swimmable! There’s also a ton of places to eat right across the street and within walking distance. Would have loved to stay longer. The outside of the building needs a bit of work but this unit is very well done. Loved that they had plenty of towels, sheets were very new and clean, and AC worked great! Each room also has fans! Just wish there was a welcome binder with info or a document sent prior to our stay with all of the information (directions, gate code, WiFi, checkout process,etc.) I just recommend reaching out prior to your stay for all of that info. Although the host was very responsive and friendly so it wasn’t an issue. Loved our stay here!
