Bergtop villa met spectaculair Sunset View van Caribbean

  • Ontspan en voel de sereniteit die deze luchtige 3000 sq. Ft. Mountaintop prive-woning te bieden heeft. Gelegen in het zuidelijke deel van Rincon, dit warme en uitnodigende villa heeft een spectaculair uitzicht van 360 graden van de Caribische Zee. In het oosten ligt de voortzetting van de kleine weelderige tropische bergketen waarop onze villa woont, en in het westen ligt de Caribische Zee, met Desecheo Island in duidelijke zichtbaarheid.

    Staan op twee niveaus van grote balkons en 1500 sq. Ft. Van veranda's en genieten van het aroma van de schone berglucht tijdens het luisteren naar het tjilpen van de Coqui kikkers of het geluid van de regen het raken van de bananenboom bladeren. Kijken naar de zon opkomen boven de bergen in de ochtend, ontspannen in de zon op onze open veranda in de loop van de dag, kijken naar de zonsondergang over de oceaan in de avondzon, en kijk omhoog naar de meest prachtige uitzicht op de nachtelijke hemel dat Rincon heeft te zien aanbieden.

    De begane grond van het huis is ruim en luchtig. Open de ramen en laat de passaatwinden voorzichtig vegen door. De oceaan kan worden gezien vanuit de woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken. Wifi internet service en een 52 "flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer. Complete badkamer en een slaapkamer met queen bed bevinden zich ook op deze verdieping. Loop de prachtig versierde trap af naar de onderste verdieping waar twee slaapkamer suites, elk met een queen bedden en hun eigen ligbedden (twee aparte bedden), wonen. De koningin bedden zijn op een ingelegde platform, zodat de gast de oceaan zien terwijl het rusten in bed door de Franse deuren. Complete badkamer, met het oog op in de douche, is ook op deze verdieping. Veranda is toegankelijk vanuit beide slaapkamers.

    Onze villa ligt op 5 minuten rijden naar de stranden, restaurants en bars, en is gelegen in een veilige buurt. Nabijgelegen luchthavens en de grote steden zijn Aquadilla (30 minuten), Mayaguez (20 minuten) Ponce (1 uur) en San Juan (2 uur). De stad Mayaguez en alles wat het te bieden heeft is vlakbij. Surfen en snorkelen stranden liggen op 10 minuten rijden. Uitstekende mobiele telefoon ontvangst.

This is a spectacular property with gorgeous views! The home is spacious, comfortable, super clean, and just as described. There is ample room indoors and out. We loved the hot tub in the evenings as the stargazing is phenomenal. The host is amazing with suggestions for beaches and dining in Rincon; all of which were terrific. We loved our stay and would absolutely come again and recommend to anyone.

Fabulous Find for Friends to relax

We had such a nice time sitting on the deck watching the afternoon rain, and then relaxing in the jacuzzi. Everything you could need to cook and relax during your visit.

House in the mountain w a lovely view

House is beautiful I don’t like the Roads , amazing house to enjoy w family and friends, but it need a pool, bc if you stay in there w friends and family then you do t need to drive to the beach, bc I’m not a beach lover.

Palace on the Hill

GORGEOUS!! The manager is so kind and has great communication. It's a trek up a hill and the roads are a bit crazy however once up there it is so beautiful! The home is big and spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! Will come back again!

Fabulous!!!

Maria’s place is everything advertised and more. We loved looking out over the ocean from the lovely balcony patio, watching sunsets and parrots and lazing in the whirlpool. Maria was so responsive and helpful, texting with information during our stay. We will definitely be back! What a find!!

This house was absolutely stunning! Maria and popo are the absolute best and so easy to get ahold of! The house is on the mountain so beautiful views. the drive up to the house is about 8minutes from down town. The drive is kind of difficult and can be scary! But after a few times driving it, it got much easier! But 100% worth it!

Fantastic View/Location!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this property. If you're not familiar with the typical mountain roads in Puerto Rico, it can be a little intimidating. Rest assured that once you reach the house, you won't be disappointed! Also, the owner and maintenance were very cordial and attentive to any of our needs - although all of our needs were met on the front end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

Absolutely breathtaking!! The balcony view was incredible! Everything was just as described it would be and so much more. The host, Popo, was excellent and so attentive to our every need. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to taste a little but of the island. The owner was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking and going well. We honestly could not have asked for more. This airb&b far exceeded our expectations. The home was welcoming, beautiful, and unique with its gorgeous decor and wall paintings. We hope to visit again!!

SPECTACULAR HOUSE AND VIEWS

We had an amazing stay, Marias villa was one of the most beautiful rentals we've stayed at! House was super clean and well equipped. The views from the verandas were breathtaking, we so enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains, so peaceful! The bed/bedding was super comfortable too and house was beautifully furnished. Loved the jacuzzi at night! Popo was awesome and very helpful and brought us avocados from the property. Definitely recommend this beautiful place, cant wait to return! Next time will stay longer!!

Rincon Mountain View Villa

Property was exactly as described and was very nice. Huge patio/whirpool/bar area outside. Beautiful mosaics outside. Unfortunately PR was in the middle of extremely terrible heat wave and, even with a great breeze, it was unbearably hot in main house common areas. Bedroom ACs did decent job to make bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Maria was very responsive host and Popo was very nice with any issues that came up.

Highly recommend family vacation!

AGREE.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can’t stop bragging about how wonderful time we had at this Amazing property, specious, tastefully decorated and it’s one of our favorite family vacation rentals by far. My husband, 2 adults daughters and I had an amazing experience staying in here with spectacular view of sea, watching sunset from the balcony, sounds of nature in the morning, our favorite time..The kitchen well stocked with every we needed. The rides up the hill add to the fun you will have at this beautiful house.The owner one of the best host we have met, was kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for accommodating our early check in and late check out and appreciate your friendship Maria! And Popo is so sweet, brought lots of goodies for us. We will be back!

The ride up to the property, like all drives in the hills of Puerto Rico, could be a little tricky – but once you knew where you were going it was no big deal. The house was as advertised, the outdoor space especially was fantastic. The Hot Tub for cool plunges during the day or warm relaxing during the evening was perfect, and of course, the views – the unbelievable panoramic views of Rincon, and the ocean all the way from the north side Sandy Beach area down to Stella. The house was clean and well equipped. We spent a month, so we used the kitchen, grill and laundry many times. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions as was Popo who brought us delicious bananas. Just sitting on the veranda watching the hawks, doves and other birds swoop around was a joy. You also get an occasional visit from a chicken, lizard or coqui, which kept our little dog very entertained. We will certainly be back, we already miss it.

We Love Rincon!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The listing is accurate, communication with the owner is excellent, it was the most well-equipped and supplied home we have stayed in in Puerto Rico. It is nicely decorated with a much higher quality of construction than usual as well. Quieter than some homes, the roosters are a little farther away. Close to town and beaches with a fun drive to get to it that is part of the adventure. The google pin supplied led us right to the house, HOWEVER, I would recommend calling to meet the caretaker Popo in town and have him lead you if your first visit is in the dark. After that it's not a problem. This was our 8th trip to P.R., 4th to Rincon, we would definitely rent this place again. We usually stay on the ocean, this was a nice change of pace! Two levels, great decks and porches, there is a door between the two downstairs bedrooms but you have to walk through one to get to the other. No problem, just put the late sleepers in the farther room.

Rincón with a view

The mountain top house had a great view with a nice jacuzzi in the terrace. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave during our stay so the upper level of the house was hot. The ac unit in the master bedroom was outdated and did not cool the room enough. There is no ac unit in the living room. Fans were provided, but was still not able to keep the house cool upstairs. Home owner was made aware, but they did not check in on us again to make sure we were comfortable. The house was also in need of a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets, floor, and outdoor furniture. Overall the home was good and had a nice view, but has room for improvement.

If I could give more than five stars, I would

My wife, adult children and their significant others spent 6 wonderful nights at this lovely property. The house is magnificent and beautifully maintained. We didn't spend the first night eating off the floors, but we absolutely could have. The home has an incredible view for perfect sunsets. We saw whales from the beautiful deck! There is a nice hot tub that the "kids" loved. There are lots of well-maintained lounge chairs from which to enjoy the outdoors. They also have a very nice outside dining table that sits a lot and has a ceiling fan. The home is about a 15 minute drive from town, depending on who is driving. We did not want to be in town with the partying and noise and all that goes with it. This property is absolutely perfect for those that want to go to the beach, or west PR's many beautiful attractions but also want a quiet night's sleep. There are simply too many nice touches to list here. Everything from coolers and beach chairs to lots of towels and so much more. Not only was this easily the most value I got for my money in Puerto Rico but a bunch, but I cannot think of ever getting more for my money anywhere in my many years on this planet. This may be a little self-defeating in that we will be back, but if the owner is leaving a lot of money on the table. There are no two nicer people on the planet than the owner and the property manager. The kindness they showed will not be forgotten. They treated me like family. Stay here!!!

Incredible views

We vacationed in Puerto Rico for 3 weeks and stayed at numerous different types of properties (resorts, houses, bed and breakfasts, etc). This home was by far our favorite. It’s a beautiful drive through the mountains with an incredible view from both balconies. We decided to stay in for dinner most nights while here so we could enjoy the jacuzzi and gorgeous sunsets. Home was clean and spacious. The groundskeeper, Popo was also beyond kind and hospitable. He provided the warmest welcome and even brought bananas during our stay. Highly recommend!
