Peaceful, fully renovated home that is solar powered!

Cute beach inspired, spacious 3br home has been fully renovated! Surrounded by the lush forest, this property is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, just up from a waterfall and has multiple fruit trees on the property. We are just a few minutes from the beach, but with the peaceful, remote atmosphere found in the mountains and a waterfall just down the street! Fall asleep listening to the coqui, and be awakened by the roosters. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature!

The house has been converted to solar, so storms or the frequent rolling blackouts from Luma will not be a problem! Spacious rooms with air conditioning, comfortable memory foam mattresses, quality bedding, and towels, provided. Crib also provided for those guests who need one.

Well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your own gourmet meals if you choose to, but most guests choose to enjoy experiencing wonderful cuisine the wide variety of restaurants Rincon has to offer! Happy to help you with any recommendations if you need some!
The neighbors are wonderful people who are locals. We all value the peace and quiet in the neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are up early for work most days, so please respect their need for sleep at nights and be responsible. If you are looking to host parties etc, this is not the right place to book, and we kindly ask that you find a more suitable listing.

Laundry room is located in the outbuilding. There is driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles (however during mango season I would not park a vehicle under the mango tree, so I recommend only using 2 spaces).

We’ve also stocked the house with games, puzzles, movies, and a Wii that you are welcome to use to enjoy your family time together. There is a wheeled cooler that you are welcome to take with you to the beach or any other adventures. Please return it nice and clean though!

A couple of important things to note about the property:
The driveway is steep, so oversized SUVs or trucks sometimes need to have 4 wheel drive in order to make it up the driveway (smaller cars and SUVs don’t seem to have a problem, but if it is wet it can be slippery and can be a little more challenging). Street parking is also available across the street in front of the vacant house if you don't want to pull up the driveway.

Also, as is the case with many properties on the island, we have a sensitive septic system. No feminine products or toilet paper down the toilet please!!!! It will create problems! We provide plenty of trash bags for the can in the bathroom for all paper items.
