R Villa Bij Steps Beach met zwembad en jeu de boules baan

Dit onlangs gerenoveerde woning, gelegen in de wijk Ensenada ligt op loopafstand stappen strand en een handvol uitstekende restaurants en bars. Slechts een korte rit (30 minuten) van de lokale luchthaven, de luchthaven Rafael Hernandez (BQN) in Aguadilla of 2 uur vanaf de luchthaven Luiz Munoz (SJU) in San Juan.

Geniet van prachtige zonsondergangen elke avond vanaf de achterkant patio of praten een korte wandeling langs de weg naar je tenen duik in het warme water in de stappen strand. Profiteer van de wereldklasse snorkelen en duiken in de stappen strand met schildpadden, exotische vissen en de grootste elkhorn koraalrif in het Caribisch gebied. Prachtig uitzicht op Desecheo eiland, walvissen spotten optreden gedurende de wintermaanden en wereldklasse surfen kan worden gedaan op tres palmas strand. Maak een korte wandeling naar andere surfspots zoals dogmans, Maria's en koepels.

Afkoelen in het zwembad met zout water van onze nieuw gebouwde 15x30 '. Geniet van het koken in onze volledig ingerichte keuken, of barbecueën op de patio met vrienden en familie. Veel plezier met het spelen van jeu de boules op het 50'x10 'rechter in de achtertuin. Buiten dineren onder het overdekte terras biedt plaats aan 10 personen comfortabel. Er zijn tal van andere stoelen rond het zwembad en overdekte ruimte voor rust en ontspanning. De woning is volledig gevuld om uw wensen te voldoen. Airconditioning in alle slaapkamers.

Hoofd naar de vele lokale restaurants en bars op loopafstand. Als u op zoek bent naar iets anders dan surfen doen, probeer duiken, zeilen, diepzeevissen, paardrijden, winkelen, films en nog veel meer activiteiten binnen enkele minuten van het huis.

Perfect spot in Rincon

Property is in a great location in Rincon. You can go thru back gate and in a couple of blocks to the right you are at steps beach. A couple of blocks to the left, you are in the marina, which is a great beach spot too. There is some noice from the road, but besides that, we loved aour stay. Even our teenagers loved it. Pool was perfect after a full day at the beach. Keep mosquito zapper handy in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Wonderful stay!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and we swam in the pool every day. The back porch is lovely and a great place to relax in the evening. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. A few appliances could use a replacement (dishwasher, washing machine) but they worked and didn’t impact our stay at all. One of the best vacations of my life.

Great house! Fantastic pool area!

The house was GREAT and just as pictured so you can book with confidence that you get exactly what you see. Everything from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless. The pool area was just fantastic. Really fantastic! Location was just slightly removed from downtown but still very close. The one thing to know is there was a bit of road noise especially at night and all of us found the mattresses a bit too firm for us but everyone likes something different and some will love them! The only con was the quality of communication from the management company during the stay. But overall I’d book here again and recommend others do as well.

Spectacular experience!

We loved our time at R Villa! The area is 100% chill and laid back. The home, inside and out has everything you need! I loved reading about Leon, the property owner in the Welcome Guide. We would absolutely stay here again!! We will have to come back outside of summer so we can enjoy the garden and stand next door, I was sad it is closed for the summer but it makes sense. I walked to town every morning to get coffee from the corner bakery, and the locals are all so nice. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay on our first, but definitely not last, visit to Puerto Rico!

Relaxing Haven

R Villa was very clean with comfortable beds and lots of amenities, such as a variety of condiments, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The bath towels were luxurious, plus it was nice to have plenty of beach/pool towels along with six very comfortable beach chairs. We enjoyed relaxing pool side after coming back from our many adventures. In the morning, we would see hummingbirds feeding on the flowers that surrounded the pool. We loved how we could walk through the back gate to get to beaches and restaurants. Such a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying at R Villa while visiting Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Another great visit

Our second stay at Villa R, and another wonderful week! The house is perfectly situated a five minute walk from the beach, as well as for walking into town. Restaurants aplenty to choose from, a couple of particularly good ones close by the marina beach. Snorkeling off Steps beach is great when the surf permits. The garden view from the house also makes it really relaxing to just stay home and hang out by the pool. Alison, the property manager, is very responsive by text to any minor matters that might arise. We'll definitely be back!

Beach Vibes Were Good

Great property with a beautiful pool/back porch and easy access to beaches and restaurants. We were a group of five - two adults and three kids (13,12, and 7) and it was perfect for us. You can exit the property by going through the farm and exit to a street that didn't have much traffic. Go right and you are a two block walk from Steps beach, great for sunsets and tide pools. Go left and you are a block from shops and restaurants as well as the calmer Marina beach. We hit up Shipwrecks for dinner and drinks and got ice cream a few times before walking home. Katarina's Sail is also based here so we could walk here for a snorkeling tour. The pool and back porch are amazing. We used this every day and at night while the kids swam the adults could enjoy a few drinks on the porch. As mentioned, there's only AC in the bedrooms which can make the rest of the house steamy during the day when you need to take a sun break. The second bathroom also could use an update to match the modern master bathroom. But overall the location and back pool can't be beat. If you're looking for a chill beach vacation spot with great access to the western end of the island this is it. We will be back!
