Rincón Surf Villa is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Puntas. Bright, clean, and airy, it features a rooftop deck with ocean views—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Just one minute from Sandy Beach, Domes, Maria’s, and Steps, and close to top restaurants and grocery stores. Fully stocked, great for families or friends, with generator and water cistern for peace of mind.



The Space:

The rooftop deck features a BBQ grill, dining for six, and a comfortable lounge area, with a shade sail for daytime or evening enjoyment. To respect our neighbors, the rooftop closes at 9:00 PM.



The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. All bedrooms include air conditioning and ceiling fans.



The TV room has a 50” smart TV with cable and high-speed internet. The home includes brand-new appliances, AC units, a generator if ever needed, and parking for two medium-size cars. Sleeps up to 6 guests.



Guest Access:

Private entrance, Lockbox located next to the front door, 2 parking spaces: carport and in front of the house.



The Neighborhood:

Rincón Surf Villa sits on the border of the Puntas and Ensenada neighborhoods, offering easy access to Rincón’s best beaches and restaurants. The home is in a residential area with a welcoming mix of locals and visitors. Downtown Rincón is just five minutes away, along with all three grocery stores—Econo, FamCoop, and Edwards Health Food Store.



Getting Around:

I definitely recommend renting a car. Taxi service is available but reservations must be made ahead of time.

Due to the steep hills, hot weather and lack of side walks, walking around town can be challenging in some areas.

We have all the typical car rentals available: Hertz, Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Charlies Car Rental.



Other Things to Note:

The golf cart shown in the garage is the owner’s personal property and is not included with the rental.



The home is equipped with solar hot water, providing ample hot water daily, as well as a cistern in the event of a water outage and a generator for power interruptions.



Located on the western side of the island, the home is approximately 2.5 hours from San Juan International Airport (SJU), 30 minutes from Aguadilla (BQN) and Mayagüez (MAZ) airports, and about 1.5 hours from Ponce Airport (PSE).



To avoid the drive from San Juan, Cape Air offers direct flights to Mayagüez multiple times daily. The flight takes about 45 minutes and operates on a small 8-seat aircraft.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests’ privacy and aim to provide a relaxed, independent stay. Our team is readily available if you need assistance or have questions during your visit, but otherwise we give you space to enjoy the home and your time in Rincón. Self check-in is provided via a lockbox located next to the front door.
