'I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on...

'Only stayed one night and wish we had longer, staff was fantastic as was the room, we really dug the bath & shower on the private balcony. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm and they had no problem holding our luggage until we had to get a cab to the airport. 10/10'

'Great place to stay and extremely clean. Very walkable and lots of restaurants close by. The only thing that I would change is for the option to have early check in especially for those getting off cruise ships early. They did provide luggage storage but we had to wait for shop to open up. '
