'Shanna was so kind taking care of all our needs. She made our first international trip feel easy. If you're thinking about staying here I would not hesitate. It's truly an amazing jungle experience. The howler monkeys were so amazing to sit and watch. We had a few baby howlers which were adorable. The little crocodile in the pond was fun to see. Thanks again for an amazing stay!'

'The place was extremely clean. It had a nice small kitchen area and nice refrigerator. The owner was super professional and informative. The facility has a Belizian car you can rent which you'll need because the attractions are not too close. The place is nicely tucked away off the main road going into town.'

'We had a problem at check-in - our keys were not in the provided lock box - everything else was as listed in the instructions. We were able to contact the host, and someone came to the office somewhat quickly to resolve the issue.The description stated that there was to be a queen bed and a twin bed in one room, there was only a queen bed in each room. They did bring us an inflatable bed to use.We did have a line of ants coming from the smaller bedroom to the kitchen, not a big deal, we found...
