Villa FANTASY - OP PRIVE-STRAND IN EEN POORT GEMEENSCHAP

Villa FANTASY en villa BEACHNUT (4254709) zijn eigendom van dezelfde eigenaren en beide villa's liggen naast elkaar op "Bengal Beach". Als je beide villa's wilt huren, stuur me dan een snel bericht en ik geef je een snelle offerte. SISTER villa-pakket omvat 6 slaapkamers voor in totaal 16 personen (2 tot een bed).

FANTASY is een luxe villa aan het strand met 3 slaapkamers, gelegen aan het privéstrand "Bengal Beach" in de haven van Rio Bueno. Gelegen aan de prachtige noordkust van Jamaica in het midden tussen Montego Bay en Ocho Rios, ligt de internationale luchthaven Sangster van Montego Bay op slechts 30 minuten afstand. Kom zwemmen in het Caribisch gebied en proef de "mooiste bloemen" die Jamaica te bieden heeft onder een met sterren gevulde hemel. Geniet van het verkennen van onze noordkust en de vele eilandactiviteiten en attracties in de nabijheid. Ga weg van het snelle leven en verjongd van het genieten van de positieve vibes van onze prachtige woning en eiland. YAN MAAN!

De villa is een open lay-outontwerp waarbij de woon- en eetkamer naadloos overgaat in de patio die naadloos doorloopt naar de tuin / het strand.

Veel in de buurt binnen 45 minuten rijden: DolfinCove, Dunn River Falls, Zipline, ATV-tours, wildwater-tubing, paardrijden enz.

MAALTIJDEN & GROCERIES
Als u wilt dat de villa vooraf gevuld is met boodschappen, stuur ik u een e-mail met een formulier voor de boodschappenlijst dat ik vervolgens naar de supermarkt zou sturen. De supermarkt zal de boodschappen op de dag van inchecken laten bezorgen. Dan zal een vertegenwoordiger van de supermarkt naar de villa komen en de betaling voor contant geld of creditcard op de dag voordat u uitcheckt.
Over het algemeen reserveren gasten boodschappen voor de eerste 2 dagen en plannen ze maaltijden voor die eerste 2 dagen. Bij aankomst in de villa bespreken gasten vervolgens toekomstige maaltijden met de kok en laat de kok extra boodschappen bestellen.

Het gratis personeel is optioneel. We proberen tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van onze gasten, dus als u volledige privacy wilt zonder personeel aanwezig is dat optioneel.

Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this property to anybody that is considering it. It is exceptionally maintained and the properties match the pictures. Mat also has a video walkthrough on YT that I highly recommend. More importantly, the service was phenomenal. Oliver and the team do a great job of anticipating your needs, so you find that they generally a step ahead of you all the time. Ms. Jean's cooking is amazing and the housekeeping and groundskeeping crews work very hard to maintain the property well.

We had the most incredible stay at this property! We rented both villas for a group of 19 celebrating a 40th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. The villas themselves are beautiful, and the beaches were spotless and absolutely stunning. Water was clean and it is very private (only a few villas on the beach). Communication with the host was easy and I always got a quick response when I had questions. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The food was delicious every single day. We let Jean do her thing and pick our meals and she did not disappoint. Oliver and Milton went above and beyond to make sure we always had everything we needed, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.Traveling with a large group can be tricky, but they handled everything seamlessly and made it feel effortless. They made the birthday celebration so special, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. They even set up bonfires on the beach for us a couple of nights and it was perfect.We’re already talking about booking again. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the perfect multigenerational family trip here at Villa Fantasy! The house is spacious, beautiful, and well designed. The staff is awesome catering to your every need. The pool has a large area 1 foot deep perfect for small children. The beach is gentle as is Bengal Bay making even beginning sea kayakers and paddle boarders navigate the waters easily. Alec, the staff manager, should be elected for public office because he knows the community well and can arrange trips to Blue Hole (which is unforgettable and incredibly beautiful), snorkeling, tubing down a river, massages, specialty items, car rides, etc. The food was wonderful as Chef Jean prepared daily meals including lots of fresh ingredients from Jamaica, some right off the trees outside! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Villa Fantasy. It was truly an amazing place with amazing staff!

My stay at Fantasy Villa was everything I dreamed of and so much more. Mat’s video sold me, but walking into the villa? Pure magic. I celebrated my 50th with eight of my favorite people, and we’re already planning our return.Alex was a rockstar—drinks always cold, food always hot, and we never missed a meal. Chef Jean is a culinary goddess. We were fighting over the bacon, and don’t get me started on the jerk chicken, curry goat, ribs, pancakes—everything was perfection.And let me tell you about Ty and Toya—they truly made this trip. Our rooms were spotless every day, and their warmth made us feel so taken care of. We love you both!The pool was the perfect temp, the beach was clean and peaceful, and the property? Immaculate.If you’re even thinking about booking—do it. Worth every penny and then some. One heads up: the mosquitoes sneak out at night, so pack bug spray. The villa had candles, but they were still determined.Mat, thank you for answering all my questions and being an incredible host. This trip was one for the books. A Dream Vacation Come True!!

Simply phenomenal experience! We were blown away by the amazing staff. Ms. Jean is an exceptional cook and the meals were a great value compared to eating out, while giving a delicious taste of Jamaican cuisine…without spending the time and money in transportation to restaurants. We had no idea what to expect from having a butler, and Alex was amazing. The home and property are immaculate and offer so many spaces for conversation, relaxation, and fun. Simple walks on the beach or kayak outings turn into adventures in exploration. Bring your snorkeling gear! When you’re ready for more, jet-ski rentals will come to you, and Matthew (the host) has great connections for airport transportation and tours. We only did Blue Hole and Luminous Lagoon, and recommend both. Bring water shoes for the Blue Hole and pick a warm night for the Luminous Lagoon for the best experience. The 4 for communication was due to slow responses early on, but there was nothing that adversely impacted our stay. Zero regrets and unconditional recommendation for Villa Fantasy!

3 generations- 8 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants were housed beautifully at Fantasy Villa. Enough spaces for everyone to be happy. Ocean time, beach and pool time in a beautiful home- activities close by. Excellent staff kept the house running very well - very good food and house was kept tidy and clean.We might be back

Property is gorgeous, nice location, near the beach. Spacious, modern, in a gated community. The staff was superb. The chef incredible. Every day she would make delicious meals and her smile was infectious. I wholy recommend this villa for a perfect holiday.

AMAZING vacation

This place is truly amazing, and has figured out how to make a trip with kids relaxing. The staff were attentive and kind, miss Jean’s cooking was so much better than the local restaurant we went to. Our butler Ripton was the heart and soul of the place. He was always checking in to see if we needed anything, and helped us arrange transportation to local activities. This was a great place for little kids, we had 3 kids under age 3, they loved the pool (had a nice Baja shelf), and the beach was nicely shaded. We felt very safe and well cared for, I would go back in a heartbeat. Be warned however that things are expensive - groceries, transportation and local activities were quite pricey, so come prepared.

Great location on private beach - very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable house, suitable for adults of all ages as well as children. Staff were friendly and super-helpful, offering excellent service and wonderful Jamaican food. Plenty of activities within reach by taxi. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end everything was PERFECT. The wonderful staff, the beautiful location....I can not say enough about Fantasy Villa! Everything was exactly as promised, and so much more. As if the picturesque location was not enough, they left nothing to chance. The home was clean updated and inviting. The meals prepared were AMAZING and made with love and care. This was the best vacation to date and we can not wait to come back!

Perfect for families!

We spent a week here with my two kids (age 7) and parents (six of us total), and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. The photos give you a good sense of how charming the house and property is and the fact that you're right on a beautiful beach. What the photos don't capture is how perfect the bay is for families; calm, shallow for a long way out, and very safe for kids (or anyone who doesn't really swim) to enjoy without parents needing to worry. The photos also don't capture how wonderful Jean, Latoya and Gilbert are. I can't say enough about having meals, cleaning, and every detail tended to really make this much more of a relaxing and enjoyable vacation than others. I agree with all the other reviews; you could venture out and try some restaurants (which we did), but you'll end up wishing you just stayed to enjoy Ms. Jean's consistently delicious home cooking. The pool, two kayaks, paddle board, hammock, badminton set, and many board games kept the kids incredibly happy the whole week. A few tips: bring sun screen, eat out on the patio as much as possible, allow Ms. Jean suggest meal possibilities and help with grocery ordering, and don't forget to ask Ms. Jean about her incredible desserts.

Great Vacation

Our time was amazing! We went for sisters/cousins trip and have decided to make it an annual event. The staff took excellent care of us and provided us with everything we could have asked for. LaToya, Jean and Gilbert were very attentive and the food was amazing. The only 2 negatives: 1. the ants which you is par for the course on an island but still annoying especially right after the rain 2. On Saturday evening there is a club that plays very very loud music. It started around 5:00pm and did not stop until 4:00 am. Even with all the doors and windows closed we could still clearly hear the music. Not the fault of the owner or staff but it was a bit much to deal with. The pool is wonderful, I wish there were floats readily available for use in the pool, we asked Gilbert and he was able to find is a few- they had slow leaks but it was better than nothing. That being said we will 100% be back.

Quiet beach!

Things to love about this place...quiet, private beach! Great service staff!! Excellent food!!!! Best shade tree on the entire beach! Nice size private pool!!! Less pleasing...accommodations are showing age. Amenities need immediate attention (especially towels, sheets, pillow which all need to be replaced). A little added attention to detail would add volumes to this place.

We had 7 people in our group and every few years we do a group vacation. We usually do an all-inclusive but this time we decided to try this. We are so Happy we did as we had a fantastic time. We can't say enough about the staff Jean, Latoya and Gilly. The kept the place spotless and the food was incredible. We went out for lunch once and dinner once and both times wished we would have stayed home as Jean and Latoya are great cooks. The pool is huge for a house and the ocean was very calm and clean. There is no need for water shoes as there are no rocks. Nothing but soft sand.. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back.

The house was very nice and the beach (bay) was spectacular.

The beach was very calm, the water is very clear, great for swimming and for kayaking. What made this house so special was the friendliness of Miss Jean, Latoya, and Gilbert. Miss Jean made our breakfasts and our dinners very tasty. She is a fantastic baker. We went out for two dinners and we should’ve stayed home. Latoya helps out with meals and keeps the house spotless. Gilbert does all the setting up of loungers, etc. and made a bonfire so we could make s’mores. It’s all the little special touches of the staff that make this such a special home. One of the best vacations we’ve had using VRBO. I would highly recommend Fantasy. We also walked through Beechnut, the owner’s other property which is next door. It is a beautiful modern house, newly renovated. I would highly recommend it also.

Beautiful home, gorgeous beach and warm friendly people! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

The home was comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board and pool! Miss Jean, LaToya and Gilbert were fabulous cooking us delicious meals, keeping the house spotless, and cantering to all our needs! Gilbert even made us a beach bonfire for our final night! Would definitely recommend Fantasy to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday!

This was the best vacation we have had in years, the Villa is clean and comfortable, the private beach stunning and the staff incredible. Miss Latoya, Miss Jean and Gilbert are on top of your every need. The food was amazing and we could not have felt more safe. The owners of the Villa were at the Beachnut over the weekend and could not have been more welcoming and informative. The Fantasy and Beachnut Villas are an island treasure, we highly recommend either Villa for your family getaway. The Webers

I booked this house for a couple employees who were in Jamaica for work and wanted to rest up after the job. They absolutely loved the property and amenities. Staff and Matthew were all super responsive and accommodating. Thank you for making this such a seamless and relaxing trip!

Accommodations and Staff were Excellent

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fantasy. We were there to celebrate my wife's 60th and Grand son's 2nd birthdays. The staff was wonderful and treated us like family. The private pool and beach was a new experience for us. I highly recommended it for a super relaxing vacation. I can't say enough about the three Villa Fantasy staff members. They did everything possible to make us comfortable and satisfy our every request.
