Mennessäni ilmoittautumaan minulle sanottiin, että en voi ottaa vastaan huonetta, koska se on ulkomaan jatkolennoille, ei kotimaan jatkolennoille. Varaustani en voinut perua, joten otin taksin ja menin sillä lähimpään hotelliin yöksi ja sieltä aamulla takaisin lentokentälle.

This is just for people who are in transit, first person I asked at the airport could not inform me where it was. I wish the signs would say the name of the hotel since there are two hotels at Galeão (one outside and this one inside). The room is small but cozy, just what I needed for a long layover. They offered 24h reception but when we needed an iron we called several times and went in person and no one was there. It seems they are split between reception of the hotel and prime lounge. This was the only problem we had.

Mala. Una trampa para reservar. La información no está clara. Esta en el interior del aeropuerto, necesitas estar registrado y en la parte interior ara poder hacer uso del mismo.

Booked the hotel for my boyfriend while he was on a flight. He saw my message with the booking only when he already checked out of the international airport. As he had only a domestic flight the next day he couldn't stay at the hotel! Please make it clearer that you can only stay if you're inside of the INTERNATIONAL airport!

É um hotel prático, bem localizado para quem está de passagem pela área internacional do aeroporto. Nada especial do ponto de vista do conforto, apenas decente. Mas é limpo, com banho, toalhas e internet.

Disaster! Beware! Hotel is located after Security!
I needed a hotel for a few hours in Rio due to a business meeting; however, this one is located passed the security/immigration area. Bummer! I had to pay for it and never stayed there! What a rip-off! I had to stay/pay for another hotel in the airport older area! I wish the description was more clear!

Convenient and comfortable
Comfortable enough for a few hours shut eye. Hot water wasn't working in our room but showered in the lounge anyways so no issue there. Bed was big enough for 2 (one of whom is 6'3") and very clean.

RESTRICTED AREA - Be careful before booking
The stay never happened. Be careful since the description for this hotel does not explain it is located in a RESTRICTED AREA in the International Departure of GIG Airport. I was arriving from an International flight and I could not access the hotel at all.

Este hotel cobra por hora, e no expedia aparece o valor por diária no cabeçalho, contraditório e confuso o site de reserva. Tomei prejuízo, por causa da malandragem da divulgação. Depois não da pra cancelar, não reservo nada pelo expedia mais.

Very convenient, comfortable and great value
This transit hotel in Terminal 2 Arrivals at Rio Airport is ideal if transiting on to an international destination. I was travelling to Montevideo, Uruguay and had a 13 hour lay over until my onward flight. My bags had previously been checked in at London right through to Montevideo. The hotel room is small but adequate with comfortable bed suitable for 2 people to sleep with good shower/wc small desk and TV. I booked the room including a meal - you get an entry voucher into a comfortable airport lounge 25 yards from hotel entrance in terminal and can eat and drink as much as you like. Overall very convenient and great value for money.

Vcs não dispõem de atendimento 24h. Fiz a reserva, paguei e me dei conta que onjotel fica na área internacional. O site não dispunha de cancelamento online e no próprio hotel eles não poderia cancelar pelo telefone.

This is a scam
The hotel is in the secure zone of the airport so to get in you will need to check-in for your flight and go through security control. I had an 8 hour transfer in Rio, but I could not access the hotel. The hotel staff was completely unhelpful. They offered me to stay at one of their facilities outside of the security zone but demanded a FULL payment for BOTH locations!!! This is a scam covered up by Orbitz!

Don't Stay Here
This is an hourly hotel in the airport for transit travelers. The room is really really small. It does not look like the picture at all. the bed is walled in on 3 sides. They were reluctant to let us check in because we wanted the whole night not just a few hours. They said they served breakfast. There was no breakfast at all. The hotel is impossible to find because it is in the terminal. You have to go through security and passport check as if you were going to go straight to the plane. We walked for an hour and a half looking for it because nobody knew what we were talking about. Again, this is not a regular hotel and there is nothing on the Hotels.com site to indicate that. Hotels.com did make it right for us though.
