Dear Ann,We're very sorry about your bad stay. Unfortunately, we were not able to do anything about the noise as it was due to the power shut off. The central generator works to supply the building and we're unable to shut it down - this depends on Building Administration, not us. But we do agree with you, it's a huge problem when you're trying to relax.As for accomodation services, we believe Sr. Irina, our host, took efforts to help you to move the suitcases and help you settle, but however we accept that our services cannot be leveled with hotel: we simply do not have the staff for it. We try to be very honest about it from the beggining that we're not the hotel, we're apartment rental services with the elements of hotel like swimming pool etc. We apologize for your experience and hopefully your journey through Panama will not be judged just by this incident. Nosotros no engañamos a nadie. Nosotros mencionamos que no somos un hotel, que es manejado por particular. Además nosotros les mencionamos por email, por teléfono y por whatzapp que no incluye desayuno.. Nosotros todo lo tenemos escrito y todo se menciona. A usted se le avisa desde un principio.

Buenas tardes. Usted entro a las 11am como pidio... No es verdad que entro a las 12md. El momento que llego el trato de usted al personal fue grosero. Cuando se le ofrecio la cocineta usted no lo acepto... Respecto a la piscina, la piscina tiene un horario y unas regla que se debe respetar. No podemos ir encontra la regla que pone. . El uso de la piscina tiene dos entrada. 1..Para los dueños del proyecto 2. Entrada para los huespedes. Su untrada es por el area de huesped. El trato con usted desde un principio fue exclusivo, se le dio autorización para que entre temprano. Respecto al Covid nosotros si estamos muy pendiente de todo. Su comentario no refleja la realidad. Verifiquen todo los otros comentarios y vera la satisfacción de todos nuestros huespedes que salen satisfecho y alegre.

Since your review is anonymous, we need to know that in order to check up on the air conditioning service. Regarding the mini-bar, water, etc., we try to be very clear that we're not a hotel from the beginning, therefore we are not committed to giving that kind of service. The hotel will prohibit you to bring your own food and drinks and cook inside the room. On the contrary, we encourage our guests to do so.
