El desayuno, la habitación estuvieron bien, la decoración del hotel con cosas antiguas me apareció interesante y llamativo. lo que no gustó fue que la piscina estaba sucia, sus azulejos con lama y el vapor no tenia las hierbas aromáticas, y también deben ser remodelados al igual que el jacuzzi y debe haber más limpieza en esas áreas, se puede adquirir alguna infección.

The staff is amazing. Warm, friendly, helpful. The rooms need a deep cleaning: floors moped, baseboards dusted, mold cleaned from shower walls,... My room could have used some fresh paint, a nightstand, a lamp (just one bulb in the ceiling light), hangars and an extra blanket. The history here is fantastic and I’d love to see this hotel thrive and be able to be restored to its obvious original glory. I would have gladly paid double what I did for a fixed up room.

Quick Stay
We stayed for only one night so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. You can tell this was a top notch place back in the day. It doesn't seem like it's really been kept up to what you can tell it used to be, but it was still very good. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to the traveler that is looking for a place on the outskirts of town looking for a comfortable quick stay. This was perfect for us.

He visitado el lugar en ocasiones anteriores y el servicio ha sido excelente; sin embargo en esta ocasión se llevó a cabo una fiesta de Halloween en las instalaciones del hotel lo que resultó muy molesto ya que mi habitación estaba demasiado cerca al lugar del evento. La música, los chicos en los corredores se prolongó hasta casi las 4 am. Además de los inconvenientes para ingresar al parqueadero (10 min) debido a todos los autos que corchaban el ingreso.

The hotel itself is too expensive for what it is. It's just OK. We had problems because we needed​ to check out early and the manager was not helpful at all! He or she would not even come out to speak with us and made the poor girl at the desk do all the work. She tried her best with the amount of English she knew but the manager would not work with us at all! The night we mentioned that we were going to need to check out early they went ahead and charged our card that night for all 5 nights. We went round and round even offering to pay the taxes for the nights we would not be there but they would not budge. In the end they gave us $30 and would not give us a check out printout, I'm sure so we couldn't dispute the charge on our credit card. We ended up taking a loss of $120 because we were so over the place we just wanted to be gone. The hotel is not worth the price on Expedia and the manager is not helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They say their policy is to charge your credit card when you check in ( which they did not tell us ) but if you have a problem good luck getting your money back and they will charge you 16% for running your credit card (another thing they do not mention). It was just a bad experience and this was not the only hotel we stayed in while in Ecuador but the only one we had trouble with!

Nice hotel, great staff, though just a little rust
First of all, let me say that this hotel is great for the price. Rooms are a bit rustic, with very little water pressure, but they are clean, roomy, and comfortable, otherwise. My bathroom door was a bit tricky, though, kept hitting me in the leg every time I forgot to close it upon entering, as the toilet is very close to the door. Shower curtain rod hung by a wire to the light fixture - a little tacky, but not really a problem. Front desk and restaurant staff are all very nice and helpful.

Lindo hotel, pésimo administrador
Llegamos a una suite, muy lindas y espaciosas... Pero el administrador no es idóneo para la dirección de un hotel, y 2do el precio que me cobraron fue diferente al de expedia, aprovechándose de un feriado. Acerca de la limpieza, al siguiente día no nos asearon la habitación, eso no me agrado.
