The property comprises two floors connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace where guests can eat or relax, a lounge with a sofa, a reading corner, and a TV corner. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a laundry room and a half bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom a suite with two double beds and a private bathroom.

On the first floor, there are two double bedroom and two triple bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and a suite with two double beds and a private bathroom. One of these double bedrooms also has a terrace with breathtaking views of the Apennines and the Piceno hills, while another bedroom offers access to another terrace overlooking the surrounding forest.

All bedrooms have satellite TV.
