The apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, an open kitchen, and access to a small furnished terrace. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.



The building also features a garden and a seasonal communal pool, open from May 1 to October 1.
