'Very helpful and pleasant staff. Bathroom a bit on the small side (most likely depends on what room type you have and I had the cheapeast). Internet was very unstable and slow and not suitable for business travels. Buy a 4G card and a MiFi device until they have sorted this out. View of the room was very poor but the location of the hotel is excellent and compensated for this as I only used it a few hours to work and sleep. Would still recommend this hotel and most likely will book it myself...

Utilities such as ceiling fan and AC unit were functioning. Simply it’s a place to stay if you are looking for economical places for short trip to Mumbai alone or friends '

'Spent 5 nights in Hotel Midland. Female traveler (35) traveling alone... Felt completely safe in this hotel! The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The food is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable compaired to Mumbai -hotels. The area is a bit crowded and noisy but you almost forget when you step into the hotel. Near Santa Cruz Station and cabs or autorikshaws in the same street. Khar-Badra area and airport are easy to reach (max 15 mins). South Mumbai takes more traveltime...
