'The moment we pulled up we were surprised at how beautiful the property and setting was. It is so quiet and serene. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. Some added perks were the popcorn and ice cream for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and swing, watching the beautiful sunset. It was one of our most enjoyable stays. '

'This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. Though I live less than an hour away, it was a real vacation for me. We will definitely be back. Granny of Cold Spring,Ky.'

'We really loved the location and the scenery. It was beautiful. If you have small dogs, be aware there is a very large pitbull type dog that lives next door. Owner was very polite and advised the dog was just curious of our small dogs, but we still kept a close eye on ours when we took them out for walks. We took the boat out a couple of times and really got to see the beauty of the area. If you like to fish, the neighbors were catching catfish and bluegill like crazy!! Right off the dock! Our...

'The cabin has a wonderful rustic charm with adorable decor. This place was perfect for our family vacation and family reunion. The kids loved running around and playing in the creek. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the needed equipment. My son wants to come back with his friends. The porch was a great place to chat and watch the kids play. This is great for a family vacation. No stress. Thanks for a great stay!'

'I wish I could fit a whole experience in one review! We came to Madison for a music festival and decided on a stay out of town, and boy am I glad we did! This spot is a gem. The details put into the decor, and the way if feels comfortable yet back-in-time is amazing. The quiet comfy weekend away was a much needed reprieve, and we intend to be back!'
