'Een heerlijke plek, midden in Tuscanie. Mooie zwembaden lekkere wijn.'

'The outside of the villa is really beautiful with outstanding views. Swimming pool need some attention and was not that clean. Service could be better for a 4 star hotel as well. Dinner was good. The hotel has a lot of potential due the villa itself and the location but really needs an upgrade to stay on a 4 star level. '

'Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests. I will be back! '

'Amazing hotel, every detail is thought after, very unique, definitely going to stay here again'

'Loved our stay here! Even though it was off season, we got the full experience including the spa and fresh breakfast! Wonderfull view and scenery around the hotel.'

'We truly enjoyed our stay, the staff welcomed us very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from and was excellent. The accommodation has the option to charge your electric car but this comes with an extra service charge. '

'Supervriendelijke staff, netjes, centrale locatie.'

'Rooms are not so big but bathroom is sufficiently big. There is no ree water in the room you have to buy. There are enough parking space. If you have kids there is playing ground near. The coffee cream was expired so please check before using. Air conditioners are quite old and making noise during night. Breakfast was nice and suffient'

'Alles was perfect!'

'I always stay here when in town. The staff are lovely. The hotel is cozy. And the breakfast is the best you will find!'

'The word excellent is not enough to describe our hosts, the residence, the view and the amazing dinner and breakfast (provided at a nominal fee). We immediately felt like family rather than guests. We have been traveling Italy for over three weeks now, and have experienced a variety of accommodations, but our stay here could not have been better. As an added bonus, we were just minutes away from Castello Nipozzano Mille grazie Alessandra and Jacobo!! We look forward to visiting again'
