Dear Adrian, we would like to thank you for your review about your experience in our Hotel. Unfortunately, for security reasons the hotel has decided not to provide our rooms with kettle or other coffee making facility. However if our guests want to enjoy some drinks during the day there is our affiliated Restaurant/bar (HamburgeRiva) which is located directly under our Hotel in front of the lake that opens from 11am to 10pm. About the walk in shower, we do have some rooms with it and we give them based on request and availability. As you can immagine in this period we are fully booked so it is a bit tricky to accomodate our guests request if we do not know them in advance. Regardless of that, we hope to welcome you again in Riva del Garda for another wonderfull stay. Best regards.

We are sorry to read that your stay did not reach the expected satisfaction. We know that our rooftop swimming pool is not very large but is very appreciated by our guests for the location overlooking the lake, the mountains and the city center. In our breakfast buffet we have gluten free products on request, we have anyway shared your comments with our staff in order to improve the variety of the buffet.
