'Leuke verblijfplaats, alleen jammer dat er geen extra wc ergens te vinden was in de gang als de gedeelde badkamer bezet was en je moest naar de wc. Ook geen wifi signaal in de slaapkamer met zicht op het Loch, daarvoor moesten we ons steeds naar de gemeenschappelijke ruimte verplaatsen. Verder hadden we wel een heel kleine kamer waardoor we onze valiezen in de auto hebben laten zitten omdat er geen plaats was om deze te zetten. '

'Difficile de trouver le bâtiment au milieu des autres. Il manque des panneaux pour aiguiller le client. Les voitures sont loin du bâtiment des chambres. L'enregistrement par code et boîte à clé se fait facilement. Le bâtiment est neuf, les installations sont propres, pratiques et agréables. Mais pas de plaques pour cuisiner, uniquement des micro-ondes pour réchauffer. Petit déjeuner uniquement servi de 8 à 9. Bien trop tard pour ceux qui veulent un départ matinal. '
'The Highland Club is in a old abbey. I has been renovated into a modern and very comfortable place of lodging. The rooms are modern, but the facility creates a feel of being in an ancient cathedral. It was very nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.'

We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. Furthermore the damp smell could be coming from weather conditions, but there were 2 blankets (there are 5 beds, so?) and one cushion that didn’t looked good (used to be white) which might have added extra smell to the atmosphere.
At least we were dry for the night although the sound of drops of water falling to the floor was heard throughout the night, a source of a leakage wasn’t found.

The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience.
The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
