(No hot foods). The only "negative" was the AC in our room was VERY loud...hard to hear the TV and somewhat disturbing for sleeping.'

'Basswood is a very family friendly resort with so many activities. The staff is attentive and friendly. The general store is perfect for those needing supplies. Their pizza shop makes delicious food. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked for next year and are going to stay longer!'

'We were pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the inside of the suite. The building is older, so the outside and parking lots looked rough.
It was not inside Platte City within any conceniences yoy can walk to, but with a car everythinv is easily reachable. I would stay here again with my family. '
