'Very clean! Thoughtful amenities. Super cute decor. Two small suggestions to make it perfect: The coffee pot doesn’t function correctly - made coffee but also made a mess. The primary bedroom window curtains aren’t quite big enough for the sliding door and are very sheer. They don’t allow for complete privacy and do not block the street light shining in at night. '

'The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

'Dit is een heerlijke locatie. Rustig gelegen, "eigen" baai waar we 's ochtends een manatee zagen, comfortabele kamer met goed voorziene kitchenette. Badkamer wat minder groot maar alles functioneerde. WiFi niet geweldig. Als je met een boot komt heb je je eigen aanlegsteiger. Ik had wel wat langer willen blijven. '

'If you plan to go on a Manatee swim, this is the perfect hotel!! They will make sure your breakfast is ready when you need it (we had ours at 05.15 AM!!) and the let you check out at 01.00 PM, so you can shower and freshen up after you Manatee swim. I find this great service. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Perfect fot the price you pay. But don't expect 5-star rooms.'
