'The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

'If you plan to go on a Manatee swim, this is the perfect hotel!! They will make sure your breakfast is ready when you need it (we had ours at 05.15 AM!!) and the let you check out at 01.00 PM, so you can shower and freshen up after you Manatee swim.
