Our newly furnished and remodeled guest house is ready with all the basics you need for a long or short stay. This spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private unit includes a full kitchen with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, lots of counter space and a nice sized closet pantry. The living room/ dining area includes a table and 4 chairs, a new sofa that pulls out to a double sized bed, smart tv and access to your own private deck overlooking the backyard filled with giant trees, greenery and a pool. The large bedroom features two full sized closets, a California King sized beds workspace with desk, and blackout curtains over the windows to ensure proper sleep no matter the time of day. The spacious bathroom has a shower tub with excellent water pressure, double sink vanity, toilet and a skylight for more natural light. Small, well behaved, housebroken, indoor dogs welcome. Unit is completely detached from main house with private entrance and no shared walls. No animals allowed on property at all. Our Saint Bernard is friendly to humans but extremely reactive to other animal. In order to maintain a safe environment for everyone we do not allow animals on site ever.
