This 3bd 2.5ba townhime comes with the convenience of a two-car garage, a significant perk during snowy winter months. The dedicated workspace makes with high-speed WiFi makes remote work a breeze. Located just 3 minutes from I-15 (Exit 14600 S) giving quick access to Thanksgiving Point and all of Salt Lake Valley. The SLC Airport is a 25-minute drive, downtown SLC is 25-30 minutes away, and the beautiful Cottonwood Canyons are reachable in just 20-25 minutes.

Bedrooms:
- Master: The master bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands with lamps, mounted Smart TV, dresser, and a large walk-in double vanity bathroom with walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: This bedroom serves as the "Bunk Room". It has two brand new bunk beds so it can sleep four people, a nightstand with a lamp, and has a full closet with hangers.
- Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a brand new queen bed, dresser, and a full closet with hangers.
- The living room downstairs has a queen size sleeper sofa. Bedding for this pull out bed can be found in the hallway closet upstairs.

Kitchen:
The dining room area connected to the kitchen has a table that comfortably sits 6 people, but can sit up to 10 with the four barstool chairs at the kitchen island. It is fully stocked with all of the cookware needed to make those homemade meals while out traveling. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, slow cooker, blender, mixing bowls, baking sheets, spices, cooking oils, etc. It also has a Keurig coffee maker with lots of complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar/sweetener.

Bathrooms:
There are two full bathrooms upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs off the kitchen.

Laundry:
You'll find a washer and dryer discreetly located in an upstairs hallway closet for your convenience, along with all the necessary laundry supplies.

Garage:
A standout feature of this property, highly favored by previous guests, is the access to the two-car garage, which is especially valued during the colder months. Your check-in details will include the garage code, and there's a garage door remote thoughtfully placed on the kitchen counter. This makes it incredibly convenient to come and go from the home once you're settled in.

Guests will be given the garage and front door access codes with the check-in instructions, no physical keys are required, and have exclusive access to the entire home besides the unfinished basement.

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you.

Located in newer development in Bluffdale (right by the Point of the Mountain). The community has multiple parks and is in a very centralized location in the valley.

We give you the exact address in the check-in message that gets sent the day before your arrival. Simply copy & paste the address into your maps app and it'll lead you right to the townhome.

We do our absolute best to provide 5-star stays and experiences and hope that you'll give us a chance to host you! We have team members ready and committed to support our guests at a moment's notice. However, please remember this is not a hotel with someone working a front desk at all times of the day/night.

The TV's are Smart TV's that have all the streaming apps on them, but we do not provide account access to any streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc.). Guests will need to login to their own streaming accounts.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 60 minutes e.g. check-out 11:00am or later will be levied an additional $50 per hour fee.

Quiet Hours:
Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am. These quiet hours are strictly enforced.

No Parties:
Strictly no parties or large gatherings. This is NOT a party property as it is located in a quiet residential area and we are respectful of the neighbors.

No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the home or garage, or on the front porch. Smoking is only allowed out on the street away from the house. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.

No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.

No Pets:
Please note that no pets are permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $100.

Infant & Children Supervision:
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.

Trash:
Next to the stove in the kitchen are two pull out trash cans, and there are trash bins next to the toilet in each bathroom as well, with extra trash bags under the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms sinks. Please use appropriately by taking trash out when full and not allowing to overflow. In the garage there is a large green bin for trash, and a large blue bin for recycling. Please help us as Hosts as well as the Airbnb community by not allowing any smelly trash to linger in the the home too long, and to take trash out regularly.

Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.

Inspections:
The Owner can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.

Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.

The house was located in such a quiet cute area. We enjoyed having plenty of room for 5 of us and the house was very clean and cozy. Communication was wonderful with the owner and we definitely will be renting again since the location is so close to my son who lives in Bluffdale.

Townhouse was exactly as listed on VRBO

We (3 adults) just came back from a 5-night stay over the 4th of July weekend - we also were here last summer for 4-nights. This location was good for us since we were here mainly for a family wedding with multiple events. The Traverse Mountain outlet mall and many dining / shopping options are in nearby Riverton, Bluffdale, Draper, etc. along with many different areas to hike. Only about 20 to 25 minutes from the SLC airport and downtown SLC. It was so nice to have a garage available! The bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable. A fan and overhead ceiling fan were available as the upstairs could get just a little warm when the outside temp was high. We appreciated the quality of the bedding - a few more towels would have been nice, tho. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner & body wash - soap dispensers at the bath sinks - good kitchen supplies, Kleenex on both levels and "good quality" of toilet paper & paper towels - not the cheap stuff that is often placed in rentals! Overall we were quite pleased with everything - would be happy to return!

Perfect location and size. Garage was awesome!

We so enjoyed our stay in Bluffdale. It was perfectly located for both SLC and Utah county events. So fast to either the 15 or Bangerter or Mtn View. The playground was so close. It has everything we needed within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet but active. The home is the perfect size for 6 or more. The kitchen was stocked adequately, although we could have used regular scissors and small non glass cups for the kids. The bathrooms were placed perfectly to provide adequate access for adults and children. The laundry closet upstairs really kept the downstairs neat as it is just large enough for meals and TV as a group. Since we spent very little time hanging out there it was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were always extra blankets if needed. The extra fans in the bedrooms save our lives! Blackout curtains would have been nice in the bedrooms but eye masks solved that. The bunk room did have a child lock on the door which trapped our girls more than once but they learned how to bypass it. The electronic check-in was so convenient!! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It really made our vacation.

Great townhome

Our family that consisted of 4 adults stayed at this property for a week. The town home was consistent with the listing and the beds are very comfortable. Property was easy to find off the freeway and easy access for spending time with family in Salt Lake and then down in Provo area. The owners were very prompt with answering our questions during our stay. Excellent response time. Bluffdale is a little industrial right now as it appears the community is expanding. Overall a very nice place to stay and location.

It was good. The location is great for south salt lake valley and Utah county. Just a few concerns. Fridge did not work and all food went bad. Then the AC did not stay at a consistent rate and changed often to warm up at night.

Attentive Property Manager

This was perfect for us in most ways though it’s a bit off the I15 and the daily construction on the secondary road made for some delays. Having the desk area on the upper floor foyer made this an excellent workspace. The bunk beds were an adventure for our little person. Available washer and dryer, double car garage and wi-fi added to our comfort and enjoyment. Dave was accessible and helpful in providing some items we needed for cooking.
