'The communication with staff on my day of arrival went well; unfortunately, highway traffic delayed my arrival time but the innkeeper was pleasant and let me know how to access my room after-hours. The location of the inn is ideal for restaurants, a quaint downtown scene, and to nearby Augusta. I felt safe walking around the inn and the neighborhood in the early hours/late afternoon as a solo female traveler.

The door key card machine wasn't working so the front desk man had to individually take us up to our rooms to let us in and had to do it every time we left and came back. He had a great attitude the whole time and never made me feel like I was bothering him. And when he did get it fixed he brought the key card to my room for me. '
