'This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round...

'Ok hotel, nothing fancy, but dies the job.'

'My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle...

'Achter de eenvoudige entree gaat een groot, modern hotel schuil. Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptionist, spreekt goed Engels. Ruime kamer, perfect schoon en goed werkende wifi en airco. Prima ontbijt en een automaat met flesjes drinken. Op korte loopafstand van de winkels en restaurants. Een aanrader!'

'Apartament przestronny, czysty, duży balkon. Ładny basen, bardzo czysty, leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie. Plaża piaszczysta, szeroka w odległości około 300 m, po jednej stronie płatna, po drugiej ogólnodostępna. Obsługa bardzo miła. '

'Waren nur eine Nacht, aber dafür hat es uns in Hotel sehr gut gefallen, sehr angenehm zum übernachten, modern eingerichtet , genau nach unseren Geschmack. Was mich gestört hat, Expedia hat auf der Seite 4 Sterne angegeben, das finde ich als Betrug. Aber Gott sei dank hat das Hotel 4 Sterne niveau. '
