Hilton Garden in, nice business hotel
Good facilities for all business travellers and nice staff and very nice gym. I booked the room with breakfast, but unfortunately there where some misunderstandings about this. And food in the restaurant is quite expensive.

My experience with Hilton Hotels has consistently been positive in the past. However, my recent stay in Hilton Garden Inn-Olya-Riyadh, has been exceptionally disappointing, warranting a zero-star review. During check-in, despite having a reservation, I was unexpectedly required to pay in advance, causing unnecessary inconvenience. To my dismay, after checking out and departed, the hotel charged my credit card again without authorization, resulting in financial distress. In my efforts to rectify this situation, I promptly contacted the hotel multiple times to lodge a complaint and request a refund. Each time, I was given assurances that the refund would be processed and deposited into my account within two weeks. Regrettably, four weeks have elapsed since those promises were made, and I have yet to receive any indication of a refund. Equally concerning, the hotel management has ceased all forms of communication, failing to respond to my subsequent messages and emails. This unprofessional behavior demonstrates a lack of accountability and customer care. In light of these distressing experiences, I feel compelled to caution potential customers. It is evident that the Hilton Garden Inn's Olya-Riyadh franchise has demonstrated a disregard for guest satisfaction, unresponsive communication, and questionable business practices. I strongly advise exercising caution when considering this establishment for future stays.

The stay overall was great. However, the toilet had serious issue for generating bad smell as it is evidently lacking smell prevention elbow causing the unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Decent place to stay for biz. trips. Room was clean, the staffs were nice, morning breakfast wasn't bad either. The only thing that bothered me was the room light. It was extremely dark, and it was difficult to do online meetings w/ HQ. Other than, it was a value purchase.

not great but OK
hotel a littles dated and in need of re-furb, don't be fooled by the Hilton name and expect very high standards. issue with payment as they suggested i hadn't paid for room, i shown them reservation to clear things up then had issue again when checking out with breakfast charge which again i had email to roove breakfast was allowed for. overall hotels was ok for where i was working and for a short trip, i wouldn't want to stay here any longer due to lack of food options in the immediate area. staff all friendly and helpful

Ok for business travel in Olaya area
Net was pretty good and stable (for biz traveller), BFast spread relatively good but almost same dish across 3D for me but not too bothered outside hotel had construction but noise kept contained, will stay again. 3D came back hotel 4pm but room was still not cleaned up (tho left room 8.30am)

Great staff and centric location in Riyadh
The hotel is right on Olaya street, a very central location in Riyadh. The staff where all very helpful and friendly at all times, I was always met with a smile when I wanted to do check-in, when I needed help from the staff, and later on when I wanted to check-out. The breakfast is very good quality and has a big variety, there´s an omelette station and also a waffle station. I also had a nice surprise with the quality of the room service meals, the food was delicious.

Overall it was a good stay. The only issue I faced was that after the cleaning, they didn't give water and towel in the room. I had to request for it. But Hilton has always been my preferred property to stay in Riyadh in terms of cleanliness, service, staff and location.
