Absolutely great team at the reception. Never had such a great welcome like here. Hotel room is great. No noice at all and AC can be switched off completely. The whole hotel is a bit aged and outdated but still better than many of the new ones. I’ll come definitely again and again. Thanks for this great experience.

This is an amazing hotel indeed. Extremely friendly and professional staff, amazing pool & gym, and nice restaurant. However, something should be done about the rooms. Room sizes are big, but carpets and bathroom is very outdated.

Fantastic Hotel in Riyadh
We are stranded in Riyadh because of the shutdown of boarders and flights to abroad. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our stay. The Intercontinental is fantastic, super rooms, practical and nice bathrooms, very friendly and helpful staff and an exceptionally helpful and friendly Hotel Manager. Adam Deverson is doing his outmost to make his guests happy in this, for all involved people, staff and guests, difficult situation. The Hotel has beautiful outdoor facilities and is a peaceful place in this pulsing town. Thank you Adam Deverson and thank you Mr Tariq Yousef Dowidar

BUSINESS TRIP TO RIYADH
THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD GENERALLY, THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. THE INTERIOR DECOR IS A LITTLE DATA AND IN NEED OF UPGRADING. THE BUFFET FOOD IS SOME OF THE BEST QUALITY I HAVE TRIED WHILST IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

This hotel is one of the worst I have checked in anywhere in the world. I left and it was pre-paid. The staff couldn't care less. Just terrible
