A complete scam, booking not recognized at arrival, building looks completely abandoned, location wrong on google maps, should not be approved to be on your booking engine

Very poor service and lack of proffessionalism
This hotel, nowadays known as Heaven Plaza, has zero responsibility on your stay with Hotels.com. They have canceled my booking without any notice, and made me pay twice for the same room. Money never was paid back as their Manager's information. A part from that, the hotel average for the Saudi standards, price/quality so high but that's the reality in Riyadh at least. Horrible service

Good value for money - business hotel
Overall nothing to really be unhappy about. I just think food options at the breakfast buffet for vegetarians is disappointing. The quality of food at the restaurant can be vastly improved as well. Location is great - access to taxis, a helpful front office and staff in general, and the rooms are clean. My room had a dark spot bang in the middle making it a useless section of the room so perhaps they can pay some thought to this. Will I stay here again - yes!

Decent budget hotel but not for business traveller
Good hotel, decent location, clean and very helpful staff. Some issues: - not enough towels - really random room service times (once it was 7PM...what the heckk?!) - very limited room service options...basically everything has meat so watch out - Really bad WiFi...like really bad. I sat in the lobby most days to get decent wifi because in the room it was horrible - No bathtubs, stand up shower with bad draining so you're basically bathing in a pool of your own grime - terrible..i literally mean terrible bathroom amenities (smallest soap i have ever seen, garbage shampoo) - Besides all this, the hotel isn't that bad however, if you have some cash to spare, go for the Holiday Inn or the Novotel right next door I would recommend this to families wanting a budget hotel in a pretty central area. But business traveller? Steer clear.
