The suite is large for a couple with two full equiped bathrooms. The reception staff are welcoming and prepared to serve the guest at best.

There were only a few rooms occupied in the hotel, AC heating was turned OFF for all guest rooms and they sent us a heater to the room, they did not tell us upon check in which should not be the case of course. Breakfast and service at breakfast were fine.

Oadalar arasindaki duvar o kadar inceki yan odada konusulan her seyi duyuyorsunu eger yan odada cocuklu bir aile varsa uyumak imkansiz. Onun disinda hersey guzeldi. Odalar tertemiz tesis yeni. Kalanlarin yuzde 90 i arap ulkeleri den gelen turistlerdi. Rizeye tatil icin gidiyorsaniz kesinlikle bir sehir oteli tercih etmeyin. Kirsalda bungolov tarzi bir otelde doğa ile basbasa kalin.

The staff are friendly. the family room have no seating area !! Only beds in the room although the photo they put have sofa & table, so the kids had to sit on the floor to watch TV!! The hotel is huge ,but It is not a kids friendly as there is no playground or kids club. They don't clean the floor of the rooms at all. The breakfast is the same every day with below avarage quality compared to regular hotels,it should be much better to match a 5 star hotel.

Rize Ramada seyahatimiz
3 gece 4 gün konakladık eşimle gayet memnun kaldık. Çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü ve otelin konumu, konforu gayet iyiydi. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse yine Ramadayı tercih ederiz.

Nice 4 days holiday in Rize
The hotel is with nice location. The room is a big one and with perfect view. Cleanliness is perfect. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. My only notice is that the staff need more experience, they all seemed to me that are new in their job.

Hayal kırıklığıydı.
Rize merkezde Spa ve konforlu bir konaklama istediğimiz için seçmiştik. Spa alanı sadece boş mekan olarak var, hiçbir profesyonel hizmet yok. Ramada adına yaraşır bir profesyonellik beklediğim için hayal kırıklığıydı. Ortamın sıcaklığı, uğultusu, spa da içtiğimiz suyun bile ücretli olması, havlu/bornoz olmaması vb. Aynı zamanda Rize’de sabah kahvaltıda çay içebilmek için dakikalarca görevliyi beklemek yerine, masaya bir termos hatta daha şık olarak ufak bir demlik bırakılmasını beklerdim. Odada minibardaki çayın bile ücretli olmasına değinmiyorum bile.

We stayed 3 nights. Huge hotel with only a few customers. Super clean. The room lacks coziness and you can hear your neighbours. The breakfast buffet is nothing exceptional. As a comparaison, we stayed 3 nights at the Park Dedeman in Trabzon after and the breakfast buffet was ten times better. We ate dinner once at the Italian restaurant. A big disappointment. Expensive and not good at all. A risotto al porcini (90tl) with regular mushrooms instead of porcini mushrooms. The osso bucco (150tl) was so hard my wife broke the knife. We complained but no one offered apologies, not even the supervisor wearing a nice suit who was standing behind us at the cash. He only wished us good night, in Turkish, On check out, no one asked if everything was ok. Very unprofessional and really not the standards for a Ramada hotel. We will not stay there again.
