Welcome to our Lake Daze! A fully renovated, beautiful, and private house provides guests with a private dock and kayaks for use, a game room, and large outdoor space great for entertaining the entire crew. The boat dock is attached to the property of this home, the boat launch ramp is located 15min Rd, 7min lake. Spend countless hours on the water, swimming, fishing, relaxing, or visiting restaurants by water. It is a perfect place for families and friends seeking a peaceful waterfront retreat!
The space
This two-story COMPLITLY RENOVATED house has a wonderful view and lots of room on the deck to enjoy nature to watch (bald eagles, deer, cranes, goose etc.)

Bedroom # 1: 1 KING Bed, bathroom with tub (MASTER) WORKSPACE, lake view, balcony

OUTDOOR SPACE: Private balcony with seating, deck, outdoor dining area, gas grill, fire pit, picnic (patio) entertainment area with 2 tables and multiple chairs by the lake, outdoor shower with hot water, our back yard offer plenty of room for any kind of outdoor game including volleyball net (set everything together and put the back after you use it before you LE AVE).

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FOLDING BEACH CHAIRS BY FIRE PIT CIRCLE (cost damage them by sparks)

BOAT DOCK: Offer 2 spots for boats or jet skis on both sides of the dock, there is one spot under the roof for a boat. Feel free to use it. There is plenty of space for swimming and fishing (rods, some hooks and floats waiting for you just put them back to same spots PLEASE). BAIT NOT INCLUDED

BOAT RAMP: For boat launch is 15 min away by road and 7 min by lake just around the corner. This place also has a restaurant grill & bar and gas service if needed. This place is called BOONDOCKZ BAR & GRILL

BOAT RENTAL; The closest one is PIRATES POINT around 25 min there is also boat ramp, gas service and store.

INDOOR LIVING: All rooms except kid's room, including a Leaving Room, and a Game Room have Smart TVs with DISNEY+, ESPN+, HULU, Fiber Optic internet, high ceilings, ceiling fans, for rainy days our game room offers so much to do including KARAOKE STATION, BASKETBALL STATION, OLD SCHOOL ARCADE GAME CONSOLE (power switch is under the console left side from lake side), TABLE SOCCER, TABLE HOCKEY AND LOTS MORE (see picture)

KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, electric kettle, 1 drip coffee maker +1 expresso, cappuccino and other kind of coffees, stove/oven, dishwasher, 3 refrigerator 1 of them is by dock, microwave all types off glasses included wine glasses etc., plates, bowl, pans and pots etc. well-equipped kitchen

GENERAL: Washer/dryer, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, central air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/board. We provide some bath towels, but we DON'T provide any for lake use PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. DO NOT USE BATH TOWELS FOR LAKE FUN PLEASE.

FIREPLACE NOT FOR USE FOR OUR GUEST.

Front entry has one step.
Kitchen to Game room has two steps.
Game room to outside (lakeview exit) has 4 steps.
Bedroom #5 has 5 steps.
Back balcony has three steps and landing, 10 steps and landing, 6 steps and the deck.
First floor to second 4 and landing, then 8 and landing.

OUR GUESTS; Have access to the whole house, except a few storage rooms with PRIVATE signs. Also, we have available kayaks, a paddle board, lily pad floating mat and some fishing equipment JUST PUT THEM BACK AFTER YOU USE THEM, PLEASE. We do not provide "life jackets". Bring your own personal flotation devices. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM WHILE USING ALL OF OUR EQUIPTMENT.
