Great Place
This place was perfect location to my employer. Although, the neighborhood was a little sketchy, it won't stop us from staying again. The communication, the cleanliness and convenience of this place out ways the sketchy neighborhood. Thank you

A Little Gem!
We absolutely loved our one night stay at this beautiful loft. It had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The decorative accents were fabulous and the location was easy to get to. Stephen was very responsive with communication and we highly recommend this property!

Beautiful renovation- walkable to restaurants
This is a clean, modern renovation. It is on a main road, but Roanoke is not that busy, so a few car engines weren’t bothersome. Nice big kitchen, very nice bathroom. The living room has an interesting wall of architectural glass block. The furnishings are modern & suit the space. The host provided detailed parking information. 2 main options: on street in front of building after 6 pm (I think) until 9 or 10 am. Or a parking garage across from police station 1/4 mi. To your right coming out of the building. Easy walk to shopping & restaurants!

Wonderful Location and Super Clean Property
We had a great time in this VRBO. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was easy to find and it's located within walking distance of so many restaurants, breweries, and activities. We'll definitely be back!

Nice Downtown Location
We really liked the property. We sat out on the rooftop desk for the evening. We were in the middle of a 2 week trip and found this property to be just right for laundry to keep us going the second week. Very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We are in Roanoke every other year for a conference. The apartment was beautiful and just right for us. Even though it’s on a busy road, it’s still quiet and peace at night. The hosts were wonderfully attentive. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Near my race venue, walking distance to great food, bars, music and so well appointed! They had everything we needed and stuff we didn’t know we needed (first aid kit)! Loved being able to see the Roanoke Star from the roof deck. Our first visit to Roanoke. We would definitely come back!

Great Landing Zone
Stephen's place was a wonderful "base of operations" for four days of hiking near Roanoke. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment provided all the essentials,. The location was great, with a host of restaurants within walking distance. Finding a parking spot was not too difficult. The only downside was having to tote our stuff a few blocks when we were unloading and reloading the car upon arrival/departure.

Nice apartment…great stay.
My hubby and I had a great time in.m Roanoke. The apartment was just as listed and in a great location. We could have walked downtown if the weather was better. The only two things that were a little less than perfect was the mattress as it was slightly uncomfortable and the overwhelming air fresheners/plug-in. I didn’t lay around in the bed so beyond sleeping I wasn’t in the bed too long and I unplugged the air freshener and opened the window to help with the smell (I have sensitivity to strong scents). Those two things made the time spent in the apartment much better. The rooftop deck was gorgeous!! The host was an excellent communicator as he checked on us frequently. I would definitely stay again in if came back to the area.

Great space downtown
I stayed here for a week with my two sons. They took the bed, I slept on the couch. I also worked for a few days from the apt, and the wi-fi was strong enough for corporate America. Street parking was easy and the neighborhood was great. We'll be happy to stay here every year on our annual visit to Roanoke. Had everything we needed!

We had just read of the Roanoke Star and thought it was be a fun adventure, to our surprise there it was, easily viewed!! In town while you get road noise and near Emergency services, you are walking distance to restaurants, a brewery and the sights of the city life. We enjoyed it and the deck access was so fun!! Thank you for sharing your jewel with us for our Blue Ridge Parkway Adventure.

High School Reunion Trip
My husband and I came in on Thursday for my 50 year high school reunion. Great apartment with high end finishes and great security code systems with a cute roof top patio. On street parking which can be “iffy”, but secure public garage 1 block down.

Loved everything about it
This was the perfect property for our family of 3 (2 adults and a 12 year-old). The location is great with several restaurants/bars within walking distance and also close to all the offerings downtown. We loved the rooftop tables; they are just outside the apartment door and feel like an extension of the living space. We had never been to Roanoke before and enjoyed several hikes and trying local restaurants. I plan to return to check out more local hiking trails and would definitely book this location again.

Amazing hidden gem!
This place was absolutely incredible and beyond lucky to have found it. Came in for a triathlon race and will definitely book again / highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Roanoke. 15 min easy commute to airport. 2 min walk (even if that long) to 3-4 breweries, restaurants, bars. Great up and coming neighborhood. This apartment is absolutely perfect inside. Great layout. Everything you possibly need. Rooftop deck for entertaining. Legit, cannot say enough great things about this place.

Loved the location in downtown Roanoke - walkable to several restaurants and breweries, most of which had great outdoor seating options and policies. The stay itself had all the necessities, as well as some extra things like some snacks we could take. Clean shower and linens, comfy bed, relaxing living room space for unwinding. Didn’t take nearly enough advantage of the patio, but that’s also a huge plus! Communication with Stephen was easy and prompt, though I didn’t have any issues to get in touch with him about. I’d wondered how easily available the street parking would be, and it wasn’t an issue at all, even over the weekend days. Highly recommend this space!
